Objective:Study of oral and maxillofacial trauma patients personality psychological characteristics,mental health, psychological demand characteristics,and analyze its relationship with social and demographic factors,and based on this, puts forward some corresponding nursing Angle from psychological intervention measures.Methods:Qualitative and quantitative approached. Qualitative part of the phenomenology in depth interviews, selected the province of11experts in the field to conduct interviews and collate the information, analysis, summary and interpretation. Quantitative part adopted questionnaire investigation method, with the "General Information Survey’"Anxiety Rating Scale (SAS)"," Symptom Rating Scale (SCL-90)","the oral and maxillofacial trauma patients psychological demand questionnaire (homemade) of the province of four hospital in20118to12months into the standard336cases with oral and maxillofacial trauma patients implementation questionnaire survey.
