Correlative Research Among Pathology, TCM Syndrome And Constitution Of Colorectal Adenocarcinoma Cancer

PurposeThrough exploring the relationship among the characteristics of the tumor,the TCM syndrome type and the TCM constitution,we can identify health status in patients with colorectal adenocarcinoma cancer from the "disease","syndrome","constitution" three aspects supporting objective basis for TCM diagnosis and treatment.This research fully reflects the TCM thinking of "overall concept" and "preventive treatment of disease".MethodsAccording to the analysis of the collected literature,set up the basic information tables and physical inventory of the patients with colorectal adenocarcinoma cancer.Those who diagnosed with colorectal cancer in our hospital diagnosed from November2011to November2012, carry out clinical investigations and fill in the relevant scale before the treatment.It is determined in accordance with the syndrome and physical methods, obtained through statistical analysis of the distribution pattern of colorectal adenocarcinoma cancer TCM syndrome types, TCM constitutions, to further investigate the correlation among the Pathology and TCM constitutions, TCM syndrome types.Result1. The colorectal adenocarcinoma cancer syndrome distribution associates with clinical stage,degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).But it does not associate with pathological type and location of the tumor(P>0.05).The data of the study show:stage â…  patients with a total of23cases, the heat accumulation type in12cases, accounting for52.17%,stage â…¡ patients with a total of49cases, the type of deficiency of both qi and blood in25cases accounting for51.02%,and stage â…¢ patients with a total of39cases, the type of deficiency of both spleen and kidney in27cases, accounting for69.23%.2. In the colorectal adenocarcinoma cancer constitution distribution,the highest occurre-nce frequency is:qi depression,qi deficiency,yang deficiency and blood stasis.The colorec-tal cancer constitution distribution associates with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).But it does not associate with degree of differentiation,pathological type and loca-tion of the tumor(P>0.05).3. The colorectal adenocarcinoma cancer TCM syndrome types and TCM constitution exist significant correlation(P<0.05).Conclusions1. There exist significant correlation among characteristics of the tumor,TCM syndrome type and TCM constitution of colorectal adenocarcinoma cancer.The colorectal cancer TCM syndrome types and TCM constitution exist significant correlation.We can identify health status in patients with colorectal cancer from the "disease","syndrome","constitution" three aspects.2. In the development of disease, the syndrome type of the patients with colorectal ade-nocarcinoma cancer change from empirical to deficiency syndrome,from deficiency of both qi and blood to deficiency of both spleen and kidney.Through the frequency of constitution distribution,we can find that the yang deficiency qualitative proportion gradually increased and the hot and humid quality gradually reduce during the middle-late stage of colorectal cancer.This result fully reflects the law of pathogen growth and decline in the disease proc-ess.3. There would be a certain axial direction among the "disease","syndrome","constitut-ion" of colorectal adenocarcinoma cancer and the starting point is the constitution.The constitution is adjustable.By adjusting the biased constitution,can effective prevent the occurrence and the development of colorectal adenocarcinoma cancer, and guide the clinical medication.
