Crossostephium chinense is a kind of natual medicine, it can not be make of usebecause of lied in poor,the study of its effective chemical component has importantmeaning of the develop medicine and product of function. The experiment main study ofthe extraction process and the activity of polysaccharide and flavonoid, also conclude theother effective effective chemical component.Research methods:make use of microwave and ultrasonic unite extraction process,membrane separation technique, ion exchange technique, column chromatographytechnology, HPLC technique, UV measurement technology, IR measurement technologyand the response surface experiment analysis to research the experiment. Make use of themethod of microwave assist separately extract polysaccharide(CCP) and flavonoid ofCrossostephium chinense.Optimization of extraction process by adopt the response surfacemethod on the basis of single facror experiment study futher on the progress ofmacroporous resin preliminary purification to flavonoid of Crossostephium chinense,thenseparately study the antioxidant activity to flavonoid of Crossostephium chinense.Soaking and extracting the Crossostephium chinense with industrial methanol, then we canget the monomer compounds by utilizating the ethyl acetate layer which we have obtainedbefore with some chromatography methods such as silica gel column chromatography,SephadexLH-20and semi-preparative HPLC. Identified the structure through physical andchemical methods, modern spectral analysis techniques such as IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMRand MS.Research results: Confirm the optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharide ofCrossostephium chinense, temperature is90℃,power is700w,time is14min,the ratio ofsolid and liquid is1:65,yield of Crossostephium chinense polysaccharide is the highestunder the condition.The factor of effect results by the began successively are D liquid ratio﹙ml:g﹚>A temperature﹙℃﹚>C time﹙min﹚>B power﹙w﹚,the factor D is themost significant. The results of antioxidant in vitro experiment are: effects on eliminaterate of DPPH by the began successively are:CCP-1﹙93.16%﹚>CCP﹙91.46%﹚>CCP-2﹙84.21%)。Effects on eliminate rate of Reducing power a by the began successively are:CCP-2>CCP-1>CCP, absorbance value are CCP1.229,CCP-11.459,CCP-21.359. Effects on hydroxyl free radical clearance by the began successively are: CCP-1﹙79.21%﹚>CCP﹙69.12%﹚>CCP-2﹙50.67%﹚.Effects on eliminate rate of super oxygen anionclearance by the began successively are: CCP-1﹙84.18%﹚>CCP﹙80.16%﹚>CCP-2﹙68.18%﹚,they also have strong scavenging action, as has strong antioxidant activity invitro,and the activities of CCP-1are better.The optimum extraction conditions of flovonoid of Crossostephium chinense, ethanolconcentration is80%, time is10min,temperature is90℃,the ratio of solid and liquid is1:60,yield of Crossostephium chinense flovonoid is the highest under the condition.,Thefactor of effect results by the began successively are:D liquid ratio﹙ml:g﹚>Atemperature﹙℃﹚>B power﹙w﹚>C time﹙min﹚,the factor D is the most significant.The results of antioxidant in vitro experiment are: Effects on eliminate rate of DPPH by thebegan successively are: acetone extract solution>ethanol extract solution>water>Vc.Effects on eliminate rate of reducing power by the began successively are:cetone extractsolution>ethanol extract solution>water>Vc.
