| Objective: application of convex keratoplasty afterpercutaneous balloon expansion vertebral body (PKP holds) DuhuoJisheng Decoction treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compressionfractures (OVCFS), according to the method of visual analogue scale(VAS), ODI scores and restore vertebral body height, study aloneDuhuo Jisheng Decoction in PKP holds the postoperative effect onthe treatment effect.Methods: a retrospective analysis of2010September-October2012, a total of67cases of vertebral body osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Adopt unilateral approach puncture fracturevertebral body, under the C arm machine perspective will punctureneedle stab into fanterior1/3place, put a balloon and injectionof iodine, alcohol, expansion in vertebral body cavity formation,then remove the balloon for decompression and low pressure on thebone cement. Patients were randomly divided into3groups, A groupof23cases, PKP holds with postoperative Duhuo Jisheng Decoctionand functional exercise;22cases of group B, PKP holds withpostoperative functional exercise;22cases of group C, DuhuoJisheng Decoction with functional exercise. A course of3months,according to the VAS pain grading method, ODI scores and restorevertebral body height to observe, before treatment,1week,1month,3months after treatment respectively.Statistical analysis of the data measurement data using t test,counting data using x2test, the above statistics between all useSPSS17.0software for data processing, with P values <0.05wasstatistically significant. Results: group A and group B selected45patients weresuccessful operation, the operation time of25min-67min, theaverage operation time was37.2min, postoperative symptoms ofpatients without nerve root sex, no leakage of bone cement,follow-up, no vertebral fracture again hair A single vertebral bodybone cement injection quantity for1-5ml, an average of2.8ml,postoperative X-ray showed bone cement dispersion is good, thereview and follow-up for more than3months.(1) comparative analysis of VAS scores before and after treatment1week,1month,3month VAS score:â‘ three sets itself to comparebefore and after the treatment are improved obviously, thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05);â‘¡thecomparison between the three groups1week after treatment group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), and1weekafter treatment pain scores A, B group was obviously lower than Cgroup, show that PKP holds for short term pain relief was obvious;â‘¢comparison between the three groups1month after treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05)after treatment group A January pain relief slightly better thangroup B, group C pain relief from group A and B.â‘£comparisonbetween the three group3months after treatment, the differencewas statistically significant (P <0.05) showed that pain reliefin March after treatment group A was best.(2) Comparative analysis ODI scores before and after treatment1week,1month,3month ODI scores and comparison between the threegroups1week after treatment group, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05), suggesting that the PKP holdsthe ability to restore the waist for short term activity obviously.â‘ Comparison between the three groups1month after treatmentgroup, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05),suggesting A and group B1month after treatment waist activityability to recover from group C.â‘¡the comparison between thethree group3months after treatment, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05), suggesting A and group C waist activity recovery in March after treatment compared with group B.(3) Comparative analysis of A and B group after treatment1weekrestore vertebral body height comparison between groups, nostatistically significant difference (P>0.05), showed that1weekin the two groups after treatment there was no evident differencerestore vertebral body height.â‘ A, B group of1month aftertreatment restore vertebral body height is no statisticallysignificant difference between groups (P>0.05), showed that aftertreatment restore vertebral body height in January two groups nosignificant difference.â‘¡A, B group3months after treatmentrestore vertebral body height comparison between groups, thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05), suggestingthat3months after treatment group A to maintain the height of thevertebral body is better than group B.Conclusion: percutaneous balloon expanding convexkeratoplasty treating vertebral compression fractures aftervertebral body has good curative effect, early ambulation and prevent complications associated with long-term lie in bed,together with the Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in no difference betweenthe short-term curative effect, the forward has good effect, soafter PKP holds with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction treatment is worthextending. |
