Clinical Observation Of The Curative Effect Forcervical Vertigo With Eight Half-locks Treatment

ObjectiveObserve the clinical cure effect ofQinglong lock of eighthalf-locks therapy on CervicalVertigo.Discuss the advantages,thesignificance of clinical research of eight half-locks therapyforCervical Vertigo, to provide a new treatment methods forclinical practice.Method60cases of Cervical Vertigo patients were from the HubeiProvince Hospital of TCM, in line withthe diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.60cases of CervicalVertigo were randomly divided into treatment group and control,with30cases in each group by using random number table.The treatmentgroup with the Qinglong lock of eight half-locks therapy, tenminutes of the Qinglong lockfor two sides. The duration of treatmentis4courses,5times as a course of treatment. The control grouptreated with Vinpocetine combine Sibelium. The duration oftreatment is4courses,5times as a course of treatment. Beforeand after the treatment,all cases were observed and recorded byusing Cervical Vertigo Symptom Assessment Scale score、Emotionalitems ratings、neck Colour doppler ultrasonogtrahy ratings and Symptom scores after one month of treatment.Data were statisticalanalysised with SPSS17.0statistical software.ResultsThe effective rate of the treatment group was40.0%, the controlgroup was16.7%, the results have statistical significance（P﹤0．05）,Compare theCervical Vertigo Symptom Assessment Scale score、neck Colour doppler ultrasonogtrahy ratings、 Emotional itemsratings:treatment and control groups of patients withCervicalVertigo Symptom Assessment Scale score、 neck Colour dopplerultrasonogtrahy ratings、Emotional items ratings,as there was nosignificant statistical difference before the treatment（P﹤0．05）,are comparable.by using the t-test,the difference betweentwo groups in Cervical Vertigo Symptom Assessment Scale score、neck Colour doppler ultrasonogtrahy ratings、 Emotional itemsratings before and after the treatment,P﹤0．05,the difference havestatistical significance,which showed significant difference ascompared with control group in amelioratingCervicalVertigo.Compare the Symptom scores after one month oftreatment:it has the significant difference(P﹤0．05),which meantthe recurrence rate of Cervical Vertigoof treatment group issuperior to the control group.ConclusionThe usage of tQinglong lock of eight half-locks therapy for thetreatment of CervicalVertigo can significantly ameliorate theclinical symptoms of the patients. This method is simple to operate.Completely without side effects, the recurrence rate of this method is low. It is worth to promote this method in clinical practice.
