Purpose:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Musk analgesicaerosol in the treatment of soft tissue injury(syndrome of qi stagnationand blood stasis)by using clinical trial methods in randomized, positivedrug parallel controlled way. Methods:Based on the TCM and western medicine diagnostic criteria ofacute closed soft tissue injury(syndrome of qi stagnation and bloodstasis), inclusive and exclusive criteria. In the period from April6,2011to July17,2011,choose36outpatients with soft tissue injury, who wastreated in Wuhan Integrated TCM&Western Medicine Hospital andobserve the clinical therapeutic effect of Musk analgesic aerosol and theincidence of adverse events and reactions. Divided36outpatients intotwo groups, the experimental group27cases, control group9cases,byusing clinical trial methods in randomized, positive drug parallelcontrolled way. All the patients were first registered general information, informed of basic information of the test and signed the informed consentthen treated with clinical medicine.During the test period, strictly regular follow-up and review, in accordance with the procedure to finish the testin different periods with check and record and the trial relatedobservations. Finally compared the clinical curative effect and safety oftwo groups drugs in curing tissue injury(syndrome of qi stagnation andblood stasis)by using statistical method. Results:Musk analgesic aerosol in the treatment of soft tissue ingury(syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis) has obvious curative effectand high safety. The test group clinical cure rate was11.11%, significantefficiency was74.07%,the improving rate was14.81%,no efficiencywas0.00%;while in control group cure rate was11.11%, significantefficiency was55.56%,the improving rate was33.33%,no efficiencywas0.00%. Both the rate of treatment group had significantdifference(P<0.05).After the treatment, the symptoms and signs of thetest group patients were obviously improved, compared with the controlgroup with significant difference (P <0.05), and the experimental groupand the control group patients have a significant difference in pain score, tumidness score, treatment for tenth days pain disappearancerate, treatment for tenth days tumidness disappearance rate, clinicaljudgement, general integral of TCM symptoms secondary efficacyevaluation (P<0.05).The experimental group and the control group in thetreatment of patients with fifth days of pain disappearance rate, treatmentfor fifth days tumidness disappearance rate, tenderness disappearance rate, ecchymos score disappearance rate, dysfunction score disappearance rate, insomnia score rate of disappearance and the score rate of disappearanceafter treatment, tongue and pulse manifestation before and after treatment, has no significant difference(P>0.05).In the present clinical observation, during treatment, both of test group and control group, the drug related adverse events was0cases, the incidence is0%, without significantdifference (P>0.05).Changes in laboratory indexes and symptoms of twogroups of patients before and after the treatment do not have significantdifference (P>0.05);This all means that Musk analgesic aerosol has highclinical safety.ConclusionMusk analgesic aerosol in the treatment of soft tissue injury(syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis)has very obvious effectsin improving patients’ pain, tumidness, secondary to the clinical curativeeffect, symptom score, clinical efficacy. It has no obvious change effect inpatient laboratory indexes, electrocardiogram, symptoms, tongue and pulsewith high safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
