Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of coronary analgesic plastering on postoperative angina pectoris qi stagnation and blood stasis after coronary interventional therapy,a randomized, controlled clinical study was performed to observe the effect of self-made coronary analgesic plaster in our hospital on the interventional treatment of coronary heart disease.Patients with angina pectoris scored changes in TCM syndrome scores, serum C-reactive protein(CRP),lipids, and other symptoms of angina, and recorded cardiovascular adverse events. To compare the advantages of conventional western medicine treatment with the use of coronary analgesic plaster and Western medicine alone, and to explore the mechanism of action from the theoretical perspective, and to broaden the treatment of angina pectoris qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after PCI for coronary heart disease for provide scientific basis. Methods: Sixty-six patients undergoing coronary intervention for angina pectoris qi stagnation and blood stasis following coronary intervention were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with conventional coronary analgesia and acupoint application on the basis of routine western medicine treatment. The acupoint application was applied once a day for 4-6 hours;the control group was treated with western medicine for coronary heart disease, and both groups were treated for 14 days as a course of treatment..Observe the changes of quantitative scores of TCM syndromes, the number of episodes of angina pectoris and the duration of angina pectoris;Observe serum hs-CRP,changes in blood lipid levels, and other indicators;evaluate coronary analgesic application to coronary heart disease after angioplasty; The impact of the card.Result:1.TCM symptom score changes: After 14 days of treatment, the patient’s symptoms of chest pain, chest tightness, palpitation, shortness of breath, and fatigue improved.Compared with the control group, the TCM symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.Sex differences(P<0.05)were superior to the control group.2.TCM syndromes: After 14 days of treatment, the observation group and the control group treated the two groups of patients with TCM symptomatic effects. The observation group markedly improved in 8cases(26.7%),and effective in 19 cases(63.3%).The group was markedly effective in 5 cases(16.7%)and effective in 15 cases(50%).In the control group, the TCM efficacy index of two patients was slightly heavier than before. The total effective rate was 90% in the observation group and 66.7% in the control group. The efficacy of the two groups was tested by the rank sum test: there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.The curative effect of angina pectoris:Comparison of the total curative effect of angina pectoris between observation group and control group after treatment. In the observation group,9 cases(30%)were markedly effective,17 cases(56.7%)were effective,5 cases(16.7%)were markedly effective in the control group, and 14 cases were effective.(46.7%);The total effective rate was 86.7% in the observation group and63.3% in the control group. The two groups were ranked and tested: the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).During the experiment, there were 4 patients with angina in the control group. The pain was more severe than before and was relieved with nitroglycerin. The comparison of the efficacy of angina shows that both groups can significantly improve angina, and the observation group is better than the control group.4.Improvement of angina pectoris: The number of episodes of angina pectoris per week in the two groups: P=0.879 before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant and comparable;after treatment,P<0.0001,indicating that the two groups After treatment, the difference was statistically significant;duration of angina pectoris: P=0.065 before treatment,no statistically significant, comparable;after treatment,P =0.045,indicating that the two groups after treatment The difference was statistically significant.5.High-sensitivity C-reactive protein: Before treatment,P=0.475,the difference was not statistically significant, comparable;after treatment,P<0.0001,indicating that the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant.6.Changes in blood lipids: Total cholesterol, triglycerides, and low-density lipoproteins improved in both groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,low-density lipoprotein markers were statistically significant in both groups.Differences, total cholesterol, triglyceride indicators were not statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Coronary analgesic sticking and combined with Western medicine treatment can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with chest pain, chest tightness, palpitations, etc.,have good clinical efficacy.2.The application of coronary analgesia sticking with Western medicine has reduced the frequency of angina pectoris and shortened the duration of pain, which has significantly improved the quality of life of CHD patients;3.Guanxin analgesic application can reduce serum low-density lipoprotein and hs-CRP,and reduce the recurrence of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris;4.No serious adverse reactions and side effects were found in the treatment of acupoint application of coronary analgesia;5.Guanxin Analgesic Acupoint Application is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
