The Study Of Clinical Observation Of Kuanxiong Aerosol In The Treatment Of CHD With Anxiety And Depression Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type After PCI

ObjectiveTo assess the safety and clinical effect of Kuanxiong Aerosol in the treatment of CHD with anxiety and depression of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and to provide theoretical and evidence-based basis for the treatment of these diseases of clinical TCM.Methods60 patients from The second affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of Chinese medicine complained of CHD with anxiety and depression of qi stagnation and blood stasis type after PCI were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine basic treatment of Western medicine,while the treatment group was given Kuanxiong Aerosol on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of Generalized Anxiety Disorder(GAD-7),Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ-9),Seattle Angina Questionnaires(SAQ),CCS Functional Classification of Angina were observed before and after treatment.The SPSS20.0 system was applied to statistical analysis,and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results1.Among the 60 patients investigated,there was no statistically significant difference in baseline comparison between the two groups before treatment except for heart rate(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.2.In terms of the scores of the GAD-7 and PHQ-9,the experimental group showed statistically significant improvement in anxiety state and/or depression state compared with the same group after treatment(P<0.01),and the comparison with the control group at the same stage showed statistically improvement(P<0.05).3.There five aspects of SAQ,the comparison between the control group and the same group after treatment showed statistical significance in angina attack and disease cognition(P<0.05),and the angina attack score was lower than that before treatment.Experimental group after treatment compared with the same group in the disease cognition was not with statistically significance(P=0.186),the remaining were statistically significant(P<0.05),and compared with the control group at the same stage the treatment satisfaction degree was not with statistically significance(P=0.20),the remaining were statistical significance(P<0.05),among which angina stability and angina attack were significant statistical significance(P<0.01).4.In CCS Functional Classification of Angina,22 patients in the experimental group and 15 patients in the control group improved after treatment,and the difference in the total improvement rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.047).Conclusion1.Kuanxiong Aerosol can alleviate the symptoms of anxiety or(and)depression with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of patients in CHD after PCI,and improve the quality of life.2.The improvement of angina in CHD is positively correlated with anti-depression and/or anti-anxiety.Anxiety and/or depression are one of the risk factors for CHD.3.Kuanxiong Aerosol has the clinical value of both anti-depression and/or anti-anxiety and improving angina in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis stagnation syndrome in CHD after PCI.
