| Background:Along with our country the aging of the population intensified, the elderlypopulation proportion of the population is further increased, and the frequent femoral neckfracture in the elderly, so that the total incidence of femoral neck fracture is on the rise. Femoralneck fracture healing complications such as fractures, femoral head necrosis is the difficulty oftreatment. Along with the development of hip biomechanics research and development ofinternal fixation, dramatically improve the therapeutic effect of femoral neck fracture. Currentmethod of treatment of femoral neck fracture to three hollow compression nail of the mostwidely used, and the hollow nail arrangement has been controversial in clinical application, sothrough the study concluded that the best way of into the nail to get stable internal fixationtreatment has important clinical significance.Objective: This experiment based on different structure compression cannulated screwinternal fixation of biomechanical research, draw relevant biomechanics data, in order to get intomore stable internal fixation method, in the aspect of biomechanics and provide theoretical basisfor clinical treatment.Methods: femur model according to the human body at the femoral neck fracture commonpauwels70degrees with a chainsaw truncation, analog type common adduction femoral neckbase low fracture, respectively by erect triangle structure (forward scattered arrangement,forward parallel arrangement), nabla (forward scattered arrangement, parallel arrangement)forward four different fixed structure made of femoral neck fracture fixed model, and themicrocomputer control electron universal testing machine to test under a certain load, measurethe displacement of the model in the horizontal and vertical direction at the same time in internalcarotid femoral lateral strain gauge, exterior and interior measurement on resiliencecomprehensive test instrument to measure the strain, according to the formula to calculate thecross section open-angle. Results: through experimental data analysis above4kinds of nails, nail nabla scatteredinto the forward way for femoral neck fracture fixed has good stability, load average strain oneither side of the femur and femoral head occurred under the horizontal displacement andsubsidence displacement profile open-angle are relatively small.Conclusion: draw three hollow compression nail in nabla femoral way most stablescattered with internal fixation, anterior portion for clinical use of hollow compression nailtreatment of femoral neck fractures provide biomechanics theory basis. |
