Clinical Study Of Zaishengfuxue Medicinal Decoction Treating Chronic Aplastic Anemia And It’s Contribution To T-Cell Subsets

Objective:To discuss the clinical curate effect and contribution to T-cell subsets on patients with Chronic Aplastic Anemia by using Zaishengfuxue Medicinal decoction and study the mechanism of Zaishengfuxue Medicinal decoction in treating CAA.Method:40 cases of inpatients or outpatients with CAA were selected and divided into two groups randomly, as the traditional Chinese Medicine treatment group (TCM group, n=20) with Zaishengfuxue decoction, the Western Medicine control group(WM group, n=20) with Andriol added Levamisole. All the groups were treated for 6 months. The clinical curative effect, Chinese medical syndromes, peripheral blood hemogram(includes Hb, WBC, RBC, Pit, GR, LYM, Ret) and myelogram, symptoms, effective rate, T-Cell subsets were observed. Moreover, all of above were compared between treatment and control group.Results:The total effective rate of Zaishengfuxue treating CAA which asthenia of both the spleen and kidney was 80.0%, the control group was 60.0%。The difference of two groups has no significance(P>0.05).Chinese medical syndromes improvement rate was 90.0%, the control group was 65.0%. The difference of two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).The results showed that hemogram (Hb, WBC, RBC, Pit, GR, LYM, Ret), CD4+, Chinese medical syndromes and curative effect were significantly enhanced both in treatment and control group. Mylogram proliferation was significantly enhanced in treatment group. As a result, the therapeutic group as good as the control group about myelogram, curative effect. It made better to the therapeutic group than to the control group in Chinese medical syndromes. The recovery of the levels of bone marrow in the Zaishengfuxue group was more obvious than that before treatment. Before treatment, peripheral blood T cell subsets CD4+ depressed and CD8+ increased, CD4+/CD8+ depressed too. The information opposite after treatment. The difference of two groups has no significance after treatment. Furthermore, it is clear that the treatment group has fewer toxic and side-effect.Conclusion:Zaishengfuxue Medicinal decoction is efficacious in treating chronic aplastic anemia with asthenia of both the spleen and kidney. It can increase CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+.Mybe it has immunoregulation effectiveness and stimulate bone marrow proliferation effectiveness. And it has characters as wide safety scope and good security utilities, It is worth to be used in clinic.
