The article takes analytic method and the theoretical foundation of Historical Strata as the main method, focus the discussion on the phonetic evolvement of rhyme classes of "Xian'"、"Shen深"、"Shan山"、"Zhen臻"、"Dang宕’"、"Jiang江"、"Zheng曾”、"Geng梗”、"Tong通”in Pinghua Dialect of the Northern Guangxi, depicts the speech situation of nowadays, and analyses the types, rules and evolutive tracks of rhyme classes of "Ru入" Finals. The full text is divided into four parts:For the first part of the introduction, introducing the subject of research background, research of Pianghua Dialect and theoretical methods and materials, and other sources. The second part introduces the sound of in Pinghua Dialect of the Northern Guangxi. At first roughly introduces the survey, then separates two groups, some sounds have glottal stop terminal, and the others one have not. There are some levels in the former. From [-p-t-k] to [-(?)] the main vowels changed through four track. And we discovered some vowels tended to drop the terminal [-(?)]. What is more, the vowels which have no plosive terminal are mulriple. Even though, we can find some orderliness about them. The third part studies the phonetic evolvement. At first studies the form of a vowel with the terminal [-(?)]. The main change of this form is the disappearing of terminal [-(?)], and this part explains the potential reason about it. Moreover, this part researchs the change of the main vowels and some special phenomena. For example, the position of [a] ascends which is from the first and second "Deng" of Open Mouth; the change of [u] have two different way, because it has two sources, one is from is from the first and second "Deng" of Open Mouth, the other is from the first and second "Deng" of Close Mouth; the emergence of [i] is the outcome of the absences of the main vowels; some vowels tend to need a vowel like [i] at its front, and some vowels tend to need a vowel like [u] at its end; the emergence of [(?)]>[(?)] is very closely connected the initial consonant; nasalizing vowels is a special phenomenon, some nasalizing vowels have no plosive terminal, and others have the plosive terminal, the former we can explain how it evolves but the later is difficult to explain, we speculated a way how they evolve, that is, plosive terminal disappeared, then nasalized, then have plosive terminal again; some sound has two pronunciations, so there are two choice, one choice is that the two pronunciations have different meaning, the other choice is that reserves one pronunciation and abandon the other. At the end of this part illuminates the evolvements in the graphic way.The fourth part is the conclusion. This part sums up the main rules in this paper.
