The development of modern Chinese phonology prompted the progress of cognate words’ study."Cognate words dictionary "and"Chinese glottogonic dictionary " are representing the highest level of the study of cognate words at home and abroad. The research of comparing the two works on archaic Chinese phonemes and the law of sound correspondences can not only consolidate the existing research results, more can be found the helpful factors for the development in the study of archaic Chinese phonemes and Chinese glottogonic.The introduction of this paper discusses the theory and practical significance, and TAB lists the quantity of Chinese characters for two dictionaries in consonant and final. The first chapter, list and discusses the similarities and differences between the two dictionaries in archaic Chinese phonemes, which involves hot problems, such as the differential department of Yinsheng Rhyme Yangsheng Rhyme and Rusheng Rhyme,the rhyme Zhi and Wei, Yinsheng Rhymes with margins consonants,the reconstruction of Yu. The second chapter, the comprehensive statistics on the archaic Chinese phonemes and the law of sound correspondences of the two dictionaries.From chapter3to chapter8, to research of comparing the two works on archaic Chinese phonemes and the law of sound correspondences between the two dictionaries, includs all the cognate words, the quantity and the law of sound correspondences. The schedule part of this paper includs all the cognate words of "Chinese glottogonic dictionary " those not appear from chapter3to chapter8. Except for cognate words, but also reconstructions, consonants and finals,the whole Numbers-the number of groups-the page number.
