The Analyse On The Relationship Among The Aggression,Interpersonal-trust And Self-esteem Of The Freshman

The method of questionnaire survey was used in the study. The questionnaires,including psychology stressor、cor-self evaluate and life-satisfaction, companying withState-Trait Anxiety Inventory, were employed to investigate the juniors and seniors ofHarbin Normal University、Harbin Business University and Hei Long Jiang ChineseMedicine University. Factor analysis was used to explore the students’ employmentstressor and the resilience of job select, ANOVA was used to analyze the situation ofemployment stressor、the resilience of job select and job anxiety, the linear structuralrelation model was employed to find out the relationship among employment stressor、theresilience of job select and job anxiety.The results showes:(1) The colleges’ aim focus level in city is significantly higherthan that in village. The colleges’ aim focus level in village is significantly higher than thatin country.(2) The level of liberal arts is higher than that of science about the activecognition factor of the resilience of job select.(3) The liberal arts colleges coming fromvillage feel more employment stressor than the science coming from village in the level ofemployment stressor scores.(4) The liberal arts colleges coming from village feel moresocial stressor than the science coming from village in social stressor factor of employmentstressor.(5) The liberal arts colleges feel more parents’ stressor than the science in parents’stressor factor of employment stressor.(6) The schoolboys in science have more jobanxiety than in liberal arts job anxiety. The level of non-only senior schoolboys’ jobanxiety is significantly higher than junior. The level of non-only senior schoolboys’ jobanxiety is significantly higher than only.(7) The resilience of job select plays the partialmediation role in the relation of employment stressor and job anxiety.(8) Only parentssupport factor and aim focus factor play the partial mediation role in the relation ofemployment stressor and job anxiety.(9) There are no significant differences in comparingwith each other of the four resilience of job select factors.(10)Psychology can forecastcor-self evaluation;cor-self evalution can forcast life satisfaction.(11) Cor-self evaluationcan mediate the relationship between psychology stressor and life satisfaction.(12) Cor-selfevaluation doesn,t mediate relationship between psychology stressor and life satisfaction.
