| The ethical issues of network society research begin with computer ethicsresearch. In the mid-1960s, with the frequent occurrence of network ethicsand cyber-crime, the using of computer technology makes the social andethical issues began to become clear. American people Dorn Parker took anin-depth study on the network ethical issues, and in1968,he developed theworld’s first computer professional behavior norms called " ethical rules ininformation processing", This rule was began to be promoted andimplemented in1973. Comparing with the foreign countries, China has a latestarting in the study of network ethics, the earliest writing on the ethics ofnetwork is written by Yan Geng,Lu Jun and SUN Wei ping in1998, it is called"Network Ethicsâ€.The development of the network led people into a new phenomenoncalled" network for youâ€, it made the different social stages, social groupsand others be involved in, very greatly and widely, and networkdemoralization is one of the problems. This problem has a great danger, allnetwork participants must work together to solve this problem. So it isnecessary to take a deeply analysis and research to seek solutions.This paper uses comprehensive literature, analysis of the example methodand system theory and methods to take an in-depth study of our networkdemoralization. The paper is divided into a total of four chapters. Theintroduction part mainly elaborated on the development and research of thenetwork ethical issues in the domestic and international. The first chapter is thebasic theoretical of the research network demoralization and its relativeconcepts. The second chapter lists our existence phenomenon of networkdemoralization and analyzes the causes of the problem. The third chapter talksabout the danger of the network loss to national, social and personal. The fourthchapter presents some possible countermeasures to solve the problem of networkDemoralization.
