The Inspiration To Build Harmonious Confucian Ideas Of Network Ethics

At present. The internet, network technology as the foundation of it, is taking unprecedented momentum sweeping across the world, into people's work and life, and changing their habits and ways of life profoundly. It can be said that everyone on Earth has been affected in varying degrees. Network brings happiness to the people, but is also poses problems---- anomie phenomenon of network ethics. As the network originated in the West, it has been connected with our country only more than 10 years. The research on the network ethics pays more attention to the heteronomy, less attention to the network main of moral self-discipline. We know that, from the open and virtual of network, the construction of network social harmony order must be the main basis for self-discipline, enhance and strengthen their moral standards, having a peace, harmony virtual cyberspace. This is the basis of the paper.In this paper, the main entry point is moral self-discipline of network main, digging China's traditional Confucian harmony thinking of the essence fully: "kindheartedness", "neutralization", "credibility", "consciousness" and so on. From people----the main body to explore its intrinsic moral values. Which is the community of sociality and nature, Social nature is the embodiment of moral value, nature, the origin of the people. But the nature has a great publicity, the sociality, varying degrees of weakening, in the social network. Ethics, responsibility and obligations to weaken, resulting in the emergence of a large number of anomie phenomenon. To some extent, Confucian thinking is a person theory, its harmony thinking is a harmony theory between people-to-people and people-to-society. The author raises some propositions "mutual concern, help, live in harmony, people-to-people exchanging between the mutual integrity, and self-alone to uphold moral bottom line" in the network society., highlighting the core values of "concern, credibility and consciousness" to construct the network ethical significance. The paper focuses on chapter three. In the paper, the first chapter analyzes the network ethical issues. The second chapter reviews the basic content and value of Confucian harmonp thinking. The third chapter dissertates Confucian harmony thinking to enlighten the construction of the network ethics. Building a harmonious society is the demand of the times, "people-oriented" is the core content of scientific concept of development. As an integral part of people's lives, the harmony of network society is a theme of the times. To construct network ethics conforming to people oriented has a strong sense of the Era. However, due to the unpredictability of technology, there will be new ethical issues with the development of network technology in the future. As an important code of conduct with the functions to regulate the relations of network society and restrict the main's behavior, network ethics must be preventive and forward-looking. Therefore, the author seeks to explore Confucian harmony's ideas to search the construction of network ethics, respecting for people and their natural and reasonable demand, build a harmonious "second" community in the basis of moral understanding.
