Language transfer theory suggests that language learners are mainly affected by the interference of existing language; the old language habits hinder the formation of new language habits. To learn a new language, old language habits must be changed to implement a new habit-forming. Therefore, when we talk about the relationship between mother tongue and target language, the first thought is the role of mother tongue interference in the process of learning a foreign language. The fact, in the language learning process, mother-tongue can not only interfere with the target language learning, but also help the learning of the target language. With the change of common factors’number between the mother tongue and target language, the degree of interference or helping will change, too.It is well-known that Korean Peninsula’s culture and Chinese Mainland’s culture have influenced each other for a long time. The influence of Chinese culture on the establishment of Korean Peninsula can be traced back to Pre-Qin Dynasty. With the transmission of Chinese feudal civilization, Korea not only comprehensively absorbed the Chinese prosperous culture of Tang Dynasty, but also, in the form of Chinese characters, largely borrowed the ancient Chinese written language which is a carrier of Chinese into its own language. The Chinese characters system, which is formed by the way of borrowing, has greatly enriched the Korean language. Consequently, it has laid a solid foundation for standard Korean. Thus, it can be seen that no matter Korean or Chinese students, they will be familiar with each other’s words as well as the pronunciations when learning each other’s language. However, in the practice of teaching Korean to Chinese students, we find that the pronunciations certainly will be influenced by our mother tongue, although some pronunciations of Chinese and Korean have similar vocal organs. Besides, the Sino-Korean vocabularies do have some differences with Chinese vocabularies. We call the errors, which are caused by similarities or differences,"the phenomenon of mother tongue transfer".This paper chooses the language transfer phenomenon happened in the process of Chinese student learning Korean as the research object, makes a statistical of pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar in the widely used textbooks, University Korean, and analyzes the phenomena of positive or negative effects among Chinese Korean Learners. In pronunciation lay, analyze the phonemes of vowels and consonants which are vulnerable to the impact of language transfer. In words lay, according to the form, the words can be shaped into Chinese and Korean categories. Then, dividing the homograph into the same shape synonyms and homographs words. And shaped words are divided into a fully shaped words, some shaped words and reversible words. At the same time, for each different classification,by the means of student questionnaire and the bias analysis in the homework, showing the function the native has for the learners.Through statistical analysis, and comparing the differences between pronunciation, vocabulary, and syntax of Korea and Chinese, showing the causes of the bias that the leaners have when they learn Korean, in the process of learning Korean, the learners can make full use of the positive transfer of the mother tongue,in order to reduce and thus avoid the negative transfer, thus to improve learning efficiencyAt last, for different situation in voice, vocabulary, and grammar, they put forward specific teaching strategies, including comparison teaching of vowels and consonants. In the vocabulary way, started vocabulary teaching with morpheme analysis,to increased the comparison of Chinese and Korean, emphasizing the national character of language and cultural differences, and make full use of the unique positive transfer of Chinese characters emphasizing the differences, and avoiding the negative transfer.
