Semantic Analysis And Interpretation Of Rhetoric Of " Tao " And The Words Include " Tao "

"Tao" as an important symbol in Chinese culture, is contained various connotations in Chinese. This article, according to the8meanings of "Tao" from the Chinese Big Dictionary, divided these words into3semantic categories:Peach tree; Peach blossom; Peach seedling, taking them as the division standard of the words including "tao",and analysising these words belongs to the3semantic categories; Through the extraction the verse of containing these words in the literature of "compete Tang poems", analysising these words’semantic features in the literature environment;interpretating their semantic generation path from object symbol to name symbol,color symbol,time symbol,character symbol,love symbol and so on.discoursing the cultural connotation of peach blossom;discussing the semantic formation reason of the word "tao" and words including "tao" from the perspective of totem worship, the rebirth of consciousness and Confucian, Taoist.
