Project Teaching Method or Project-Based Learning is a student-centerededucation mode and principle. It requires the students to complete a series ofindividual or cooperative task, with the help of others (including teachers and learningpartners), using the necessary learning materials to solve the practical problem and toacquire the knowledge and skills.In modern, the project teaching method has been widely applied in computercourses such as science and engineering courses, it is not only applicable to practicalcourses, but also widely recognized by the people as a vocational students trainingmethod, and it plays a very important significance on the principle and trainingdepartment in the other areas, especially in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.In a traditional class, teachers always use “a chalk, a book ", and seldom to use the modern teaching methods. The most commonly used is the multimediacourseware. And the class form is single, feedback on classroom learning content alsocan only rely on the experience of teachers, students’ learning initiative not really playout. Author made Project Teaching Intermediate Chinese oral course test in a monthfor30overseas students and give questionnaire to these students.Project Teaching Intermediate Chinese oral course frame and teaching methodhave been designed by summarizing in class and analyzing questionnaire. It is hopethat this paper can bring some new ideas and makes more people go to pay anattention and try new junior Chinese oral course forms. If that, our Chinese teachingwill become more mature and scientific.
