Geological and mining engineering in today’s society as one of important social engineering and technical fields, its research objects of geological bodies and mining engineering inherent feature of their research makes three-dimensional management of mineral resources with huge development potential and broad prospects for application in the field of land mines. The application of GIS technology in the three-dimensional management of mineral resources, is the mineral engineering research frontiers, bases on GIS technology development of the three-dimensional mineral resources management system can realistically, the dynamic expression of Geology and mineral resources engineering entity in the space between the geometry and position on the relationship, it is ease for mining engineering technology and management personnel to visually analyze and manage the status of Geology and Mineral Resources Engineering System and judge the rationality of engineering systems, there is a great role in the optimization of mining design, eliminating the security risks, improving the mining of mineral resources development and utilization. Therefore, this subject has important practical significance.In this paper, the author uses geological survey resources results in the surface topography of information and underground geological information three-dimensional visualization and analysis as a technology breakthrough, comprehensive application of GIS technology, software development technology,3D visualization and information analysis technology, researches and develops three dimensional mineral resources management system of based on the GIS technology. Firstly, this paper describes the current mineral resources management technology status and the main problems, and on this basis to introduce the research contents and technical route; Secondly,the author analyzed the needs of the mineral resources management system, and puts forward the design target of the system and the design principles; then discusses the design idea, development platform and the key technologies of the mineral resources management system, and studies the overall structure of the system, the function of the system design and database design; Finally this paper using the. NET platform+MapGIS K9forms of development, with the aid of C#development language, develops and realizes the implementation of3D mineral resources management system, and through the example shows the computer management of information system of Geology and mineral resources and three-dimensional model, the visualization and analysis functions of3D model.Application shows that the system is not only able to achieve the3D mineral resource management, but also vividly demonstrate the change of the current ore mining, providing reference and basis for decision making, so as to realize the rational exploitation and protection of mineral resources.
