Provincial Geographic Information Public Service Platform Framework Construction And Application Research

Along with the development of the information society, the geographical information has been widely used in the electronic government affairs, ecommerce, intelligent traffic, mobile location services and industry, regional and even the enterprise information construction. Geographic information public service platform of Provincial based on the geographic space information resources as the foundation, the provincial public geographic space framework data as the core, using modern information technology services, establish a face the government, the public and the industry users and open information service platform. It provides the data service function and distributed service for all sorts of distributed, heterogeneous geographic information resources integration organization and management.The paper takes the geographic information public service platform as an example of Jiangxi province. Firstly, we studied several key technology used in the construction of geographic information public service platform of provincial, including the REST of the style of the geographic information based on web services, the tile map technology, geographic encoding technology and image data storage management technology. For the technology of REST style of the geographic information web services, this paper introduces the shortcomings of traditional style of geographical web service and the characteristics of REST style of geographic information web service. We provide the detailed design of REST style of the geographic information web service; Put forward a kind of solution for the problem of tiles renewing for local tiles in the Map of technology tiles, and give parts of the realization of the code with taking a point entity for example; The technology of Geocoding study a fuzzy matching algorithm based on address separated according to words. We separate address as the model of address and do standardization, and then match the address using fuzzy matching strategy; The technology of storage management of image data stuyd one block technology based on the model of pyramid, and put forward a linear quad-tree index mechanism based on the pyramid model, impoving the efficiency of storage management of image data.Then we discuss the general ideas and design principles of the geographical information of public service platform,and put forward a kind ofstructure scheme of geographic information public service platform based on the model of "4+1",namely "the foundation to support layer-data layer-service layer-the application layer"+ "standard system",and elaborate the content of each layer construction. Design the standard system of geographic information public service platform from three aspects of the data regulation, service interface standard and operation management system.Next,we study the content of the data of platform construction,and mainly includes the geographical entity data, image data, elevation data, electronic map data, place names address data and project data.And detailedly study three aspects of the production process of data, data management and update, the design of database.Finally, we simplely expound the various application mode based on the platform,and use one of the application of the model to develop an application system of investment promotion project information of jiangxi province with calling the map data service of the platform through the GeoGlobel JS API,reviewing the functions of the system.
