Remote Sensing Technology In The Application Of Sea Area Use Dynamic Monitoring System

Due to the present sea area use monitoring method is insufficient, bring the low management level,disorder and other problems which are not effectively resolved. The use of3S technology, computer, network transmission technology and other means of information, according to using of satellites, ground surveillance monitoring, establishing sea area use dynamic monitoring system, which can be achieved for the sea area use in dynamic real time control. The system can realize comprehensive, rapid, accurate, dynamic monitoring, and greatly enhance the management of sea area level. In this way,we can accomplish truly real-time dynamic monitoring of sea use,which is fair, justice.Based on remote sensing technology, this system is used to detect the sea area developed abnormally, locate and check the anonymous reporting, monitor the use type, area, construction process of heavy constructions of the sea area. With the help of testing and verifying in the sea field with man-portable or in-vehicle dynamic monitoring instruments, the monitoring process can be transferred through3G network, so voice communication to the command center is available, the result can be discussed and analyzed real-timely, and information of the sea area used illegally can be captured timely and effectively.Through to research remote sensing technology in the sea area use dynamic monitoring system, and application to Yancheng sea area use condition monitoring, the results show that:remote sensing technology can be achieved on the use of sea anomaly area, reclamation area construction progress monitoring, and combining with field measurement equipment, dynamic monitoring effect is obvious. There are two important results.(1) through to monitoring the sea area of the Zhugang brate of dafeng port,remote sensing can extract area precision of93%, and also combining with the field measurement equipment,we can conduct for real-time,which help to improve the monitoring area precision, find detail information;(2) Through to monitor ing the coastal port reclamation area, it can effective control the construction progress, which is easy to manage in time.
