Yantai Marine Industrial Structure Adjustment And Development Strategy Research

Nowadays,due to world population growing,land resources and energy consuming,anddevelopment space shrinking,the ocean as a global life support system,its role is increasinglyprominent.The slogan"21st century is the century of ocean, one with ocean has a future"is putforward.Yantai as the first batch of14coastal open cities in China and one of the important cityof bohai economic circle,an important part of shandong peninsula blue economic zone,has aunique resource advantages,geographical advantages,advantages of economic policy.Yantai isreally such a place as"excellent with harbor, beautiful with landscape and rich with fishing".Butdue to the unreasonable ocean industries,the rational proportion between Marine economyindustries is broken,the productive factors of marine economy cannot be allocated rationally,atthe same time,the natural resources,environment and human resources cannot be made fullyeffective use of.It is unable to give full play to the yantai area advantage.The resource advantageis difficult to effectively translate into economic advantage.Based on the the empirical researches and existing theories,in line with the principle ofcombining theory with practice research,the paper will select the17years from1995to2011inthe yantai region of data,analyze the marine industrial structure of Yantai carring on thequalitative and quantitative method,further to explore the present situation of yantai marineindustrial structure and its evolution trend,explore the relation that Yantei marine economy andthe local economy interact with each other.On the basis of these, we choose the pillar industry,form industrial cluster in order to optimize the yantai Marine industrial structure adjustment andchange the development present situation of yantai Marine economy and Marine industry, realizethe sustainable development of the region’s economy.In general,this article can be divided intofive parts:Part Ⅰ:Indicate the background and significance of the selected topic,research ideas,thearrangement of the content and structure,research status at home and abroad,research methodsand innovation points.Part Ⅱ:First,define the related concept of the blue economy and Marine economy,and putforward the definition of Marine industry,classification standard and its classification.The basictheory of Marine industrial structure adjustment is based on related theory of industrial structure,so this part has carried on the simple review to the theory of industrial structure and analysis,analyze and contrast the research methods of the industrial structure, do the foreshadowing forthe following selection method.At this part,we introduce the relevant theories of the pillarindustry and the regional economics,make the support of the theory for the later choice of pillarindustry. Part Ⅲ:The first half describe the position of yantai in shandong peninsula blue economiczone, the natural conditions,social conditions and economic conditions such as basic conditionsof yantai Marine economic development,analyze the status quo and characteristics of the yantaiMarine economy development.The second part analyze empirically the yantai Marine economy industry structure from twoaspects:static and dynamic changes in the use of value index,the number of entropy,Moorestructure change,at the same time,the development of yantai Marine industry for the future trendis forecasted.The empirical research results show that yantai Marine economy industry structureis unreasonable,too single.And its adjustments are small,structural diversity trend is weak.It is inthe stage of transition from low level to high level of economic development.Then we analyzeempirically the yantai marine industry status and its impact on regional economic developmentby establishing a statistical model,such as Granger causality analysis model and the greycorrelation model.We explore the change of the yantai Marine industrial structure,existingproblems and the relation that Yantei marine economy and the local economy interact with eachother.Study found that the impact on the growth of local economic are significant,but thisinfluence is reflected in the long term.So yantai Marine economic transformation of the mode ofgrowth and industrial structure adjustment has the long-term strategic significance forsustainable economic growth.Part Ⅳ:Through the above empirical analysis, we analyze the existing problems in thedevelopment of Marine industry.Using the factor analysis method,the leading industries andadvantage industries are selected.Finally,the steps of yantai Marine industrial structureadjustment will be demonstrated in detail.Part Ⅴ: Through the above empirical analysis,the development strategy corresponding tothe yantai Marine industry in the future is put forward in this part.
