Development Trend Assessment And Upgrade Paths Of Marine Industry In Coastal Zone Of Zhejiang

Since the 1980 s of the 20 th century,The state increased concern for the ocean,The pace of economic development of maritime very quickly.After 1978,Chinese marine economy has entered a rapid development stage,Marine economy is becoming increasingly important in national and local economic status.Zhejiang,as one of China's marine resources province,the marine economy is relatively developed,but the marine economic development is uneven.This not only related to the conditions of development of the marine economy,but also closely related to the development of inertia factors around the marine industry.To enhance the quality of marine economic development in Zhejiang,we must optimize the marine industry structure and distribution to shape the new economic development of marine economy and regional new situation.for this purpose,Construct the main line of research,which include This includes three steps:first of all,assess the development conditions of marine industry,Secondly,determine the marine industry structure and layout trends,at last analysis of the situation of gathering marine-related enterprises.This paper systematically analyzes the conditions,composition and distribution of marine industry in Zhejiang coastal zone,reveals features of the marine industry development trend in Zhejiang coastal zone,screening the development of marine industry problems,and then put forward the path of upgrading the quality of marine economic development,in order to provide decision-making reference for the sustainable development of marine economy in Zhejiang.This paper first selects 27 three-level index system covering four aspects: marine natural resources,marine science and education resources,marine industry competitiveness,marine environmental carrying capacity and protection force.The entropy method was used to evaluate the development conditions of marine industry in coastal zone of Zhejiang Province,and to identify the background difference of marine industry development.Secondly,based on the credit of Zhejiang to obtain more than 20,000 coastal enterprises in Zhejiang Province marine data,This paper analyzes the structure,spatial characteristics and agglomeration trend of marine industry in coastal zone of Zhejiang Province from the aspects of medium and micro levels by means of nuclear density estimation,hot spot analysis and buffer analysis.Analyze and identify the marine industry development in coastal areas of Zhejiang Province.The study found that:(1)there is a difference in Zhejiang Marine Industrial Development in the coastal zone,Zhoushan and Ningbo marine industry development conditions are relatively better,Has become a high quality areas of marine industry development conditions;Taizhou and Wenzhou are the medium quality areas for the development of marine industry,while Jiaxing marine industry has a developed low quality.Zhoushan marine industry development conditions are superior,which is reflected in the marine natural resources,marine environmental carrying capacity andprotection,marine science and education resources and so on;Ningbo marine industry development conditions in marine science and education resources,marine environmental carrying capacity and protection are more significan;Jiaxing,marine industry development conditions in the marine natural resources,marine environmental carrying capacity and protection,marine science and education resources and marine industries are weak.(2)From the perspective of the enterprise,it is found that there is a significant regional difference in the composition and distribution of the marine industry in Zhejiang Province.The number of enterprises to see the size of the scale,marine transportation,marine shipbuilding,marine-related equipment manufacturing,marine product retail,marine-related services,the number of enterprises are more than 1,000;The number of practitioners,marine transport,marine-related services,marine shipbuilding,marine-related equipment manufacturing,marine tourism to attract more employment,are close to or higher than 3 million people.Zhejiang Province,coastal cities have a significant difference in the number of marine-related enterprises,Hangzhou,Ningbo,Zhoushan three cities involved in the total number of 17501 enterprises,accounting for Zhejiang coastal cities,the total number of marine-related enterprises in71.19%;Coastal cities of the marine industry,the number of enterprises,the overall marine transport,marine-related services,marine shipbuilding,marine tourism as the main body,but there are inter-city differentiation.In the first echelon,Hangzhou Ocean transportation,marine-related services,marine products retail,marine tourism ranked the top four;Ningbo marine transportation,marine-related equipment manufacturing,marine product retail,financial services related to the top four;Zhoushan marine shipbuilding,marine product retail,marine transportation,marine-related equipment manufacturing ranked the top four.In the second echelon,Taizhou marine industry,the number of the first three marine shipbuilding,marine-related equipment manufacturing,marine transportation;Wenzhou marine fishery,marine transportation,sea-related service enterprises ranked the top three marine industry enterprises;Jiaxing marine transportation,marine-related services,marine products,ranking the top three marine industry enterprises;The third echelon of Shaoxing,the number of marine industry,the first three is the marine transport,marine-relatedservices,marine-relatedequipmentmanufacturing.(3)Thecoastalmarine-relatedenterprises of Zhejiang Provinceshowedsignificantspatialagglomeration distribution,mainly concentrated in Hangzhou,Zhoushan,Ningbo,and there are more significant trends towardstheport,shorelineand industrial park distribution point.(1)marine-related enterprises in theindustrial park,port,coastline near the spatial distribution of more than other areas.Buffer analysis shows that there are8127 marine-related enterprises within the range of 2.5km from the coastline,accounting for 34.51% of the total number of marine-related enterprises in coastal County,and then the number of marine enterprises gathered at 2.5km equidistant is 2143,2338,570,accounting for the proportion of the coastal coastal enterpriseswere9.10%,5.67%,2.42%.Itcanbeseenthatthemarine-relatedenterprisesaremainlydistributed within 5 km from the coastline.(2)In the 2.5km equidistant buffer zone analysis,we found that the cluster at0-2.5km,2.5-5km,5-7.5km,7.5-10 km,which is located at the national and provincial level 92 industrial parksinthecoastalcountiesof Zhejiang Province,Thenumberofmarine-relatedenterpriseswere4431,5356,3847,1957,respectively,the province accounted for the proportion of coastal counties involved in 18.82%,22.74%,16.34%,8.31%.That is,from the industrial park within 5km of the number of marine-related enterprises more,then with the increase in the number of marine-related enterprises began to reduce the number.(3)Thenumberofmarine-relatedenterprises gatheredat0-2.5km,2.5-5km,5-7.5km and7.5-10 km is3183,and the number of marine-related enterprises in the coastal area of Zhejiang coastal area is 3183,3806 Home,3986,1951,respectively,the province's coastal counties involved in the number of 13.52%,16.16%,16.93%,8.28%,showingthedistancefromtheportwithin7.5kmofthenumberofcompaniesinvolvedinthe
