This paper discusses ASBR and UASB reactor of enrichment anaerobic ammonium oxidation of bacteria, the traditional separation and purification, molecular biology and SRNA identification, and salt resistance domestication, reactor dynamicsand the best of the conditions of the preservation research strains.ASBR and UASB sludge from Qingdao Douglas sewage treatment plant of anaerobic digestion sludge and anaerobic sludge is 1:1 mixture of sludge, which are all access to the mixed inorganic wastewater, which of the concentration of the matrix is higher and higher. ASBR in 258 days of continuous after the operation, volume loading of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen reach to 0.15kg/(m3d-1),0.2kg/(m3d-1), both removal rate achieved 95% above, ASBR sludge become red brown sludge, sludge concentration reached 5600 mg/1, reaction measurement is 1:0.35:0.2.UASB after 343 days enrichment has formed sludge particles, the sludge is the gray, ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen are 2kg/(m3d-1),2.6kg/(m3d-1).Both removal rate achieved 95% above. Reaction measurement is 1:1.4:0.3.The enrichment of ASBR sludge use traditional flat crossed separation for purification of anaerobic Ammonium oxidation bacterium, by broking, dilution, crossed, culture medium appears a few white strains. Then they are the activitied, measure the ability of denitrification and found it has the specific ability denitrifying. But it is still need further study. At the same time, test high purity of enrichment of anaerobic anaerobic by primer for specific strains 16 sRNA. Strains GenBank sequence registration number is JQ3009, which is test with other sequences comparison, resulting that it has 100% similarity with Ammonium-oxidizing bactetium (JQ303101).they are likely to be a kind of bacteria. This paper discusses the enrichment of the reactor UASB and ASBR phase reaction kinetics respectively. ASBR used secondary dynamic model of linear fitting, according to the fitting formula and the formula the fitted curve respectively for four stages get forecasting formula of nitrite nitrogen concentration and it’s removal rate of water. UASB uses improved Stover-Kincannon model, based on the fitted curve, to work out the biggest substrate removal rate Umax=11.8kg/(m-3d-1), showing that the UASB reactor is far from reach the biggest reactor ideal substrate removal rate with a lot of potential denitrification. From the 259th cycle of ASBR, gradually increasing water salinity (Nacl), water salinity respectively for 2 g/1,6 g/1,10 g/1,15 g/1,20 g/1, when salinity increases to 20 g/1, removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and the nitrate fell rapidly to 35%and 48%, sludge concentration also began to decline, the reactor in a suppressed state, in 358 cycle reduce the salinity to 17 g/1 and after 20d the sludge back to primary activity. Reactor in salinity of 17g/1 has already reached the maximum resistance salinity and salinity of the depression of anaerobic ammonium oxidation is reversible. To study effect of preservation of temperature and pH for high purity enrichment of the anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacterium, after 30 days in the preservation, in each within the temperature, anaerobic ammonium oxidation of bacteria has the highest activity between 7.5-8.5 of pH value, and the highest activity in pH value of 8 is 63.5 mg/g (sludge) followed by in 15℃for pH value of 8 is 62 mg/g (sludge), but when 35℃sludge concentration is 2230.4 mg/1, and in 15℃is 3349.1 mg/1. Throughout all pH range, when pH value of 8there is highest anaerobic ammonium oxidation. So temperature of 15℃, pH of 8 are the best preservation conditions by comprehensive consideration.
