The aluminum electrolysis is a complicated physical and chemical process of time-varying, and there are many variables coupling. The alumina materials balance is influenced by charging, diffusion, melting and consumption and other interference factors, and the change of alumina concentration slots show nonlinear time-varying, delay, features, which is difficult to based accurate mathematical model to control of alumina concentration, that is the difficulty of aluminum electrolytic process control. At present in the control model, more mature and commonly adopt method that slot resistance identification for alumina concentration based materials according to the needs of the timing control technology instead of traditional material technology. This paper uses adaptive control model to control alumina concentration.This topic in the thorough analysis aluminum electrolytic principle and the production of the real-time data and on the basis of design a self-revised control scheme, the aluminum electrolysis online identification of the parameters for the model with the controller design organic unifies in together.Firstly, according to the corresponding relations between alumina concentration and slot resistance, use slot resistance identification for alumina concentration, establish the mathematical model of alumina concentration control system, and the model parameters estimation. Model parameter is identified with index of forgetting factor with the modification memory recursive least square method.Secondly, design the pole assignment PlD self-tuning controller for system. Firstly, introduced the correction from basic structure of control system and the certain equivalent and separation principle; Next, this article detail the principle of the pole assignment PID self-tuning control; The last, design the pole assignment PID self-tuning controller for alumina concentration control system.Finally, MATLAB simulation software is used in this project since corrective control algorithm simulation analysis. MATLAB simulation results show that this new type of forgetting factor based on index is used for the control algorithm design of alumina concentration control system has a good stability and anti-jamming ability. This paper puts forward the control method is suitable for the correction of alumina concentration control system.
