This paper does researches on a chemical production. The subject rooted in 863 plan.(2004AA304050).The industrialmonitoring system includes technologies such as field bus, computer, communication, database, multimedia, control and network.This paper introduces the development and current situation of the industrialmonitoring system in detail, both at home and abroad, including its structure, characteristics, functions and trend of development of configuration software, PLC, field bus, industrial Ethernet,etc.. Some advaced control theories and technologies, especially PID, is introduced.Regarding monitoring system of certain high performance chemical material as the background, this paper introduces analyse and design of system detailedly, including hardware structure and program design. Especially, this paper explains the design and implementation of craft interfaces and function interfaces in computer and describes the realization of system redundancy, system security and system network. During the system debugging, questions have been resolved, meanwhile, reasons are analyzed detailedly as precious experience. By combining this constant pressure control of spinning liquid with frequency conversion in this project, knowledges of constant pressure control have been introduced before mathematical model is get by simplifying linear system according to actual apparatus. This paper does comparisons between fuzzy PID control and regular PID control. A compound PID control which is based on Widrow-Hoff LMS algorithm and fuzzy control is put forward. This contol which has good robustness, stability and rapidity coordinates the contradiction between rapidity and exceedance. Also it improves the anti-interference ability and traceability of the system. At last, the hardware and software designs of DSP and PLC serial communication experiment are introduced. On this basis, the systematic response time will be reduced.
