Total tailings filling mined area is the core technology of green mining, with the advantages such as protecting the ecological environment, preventing massive pressure, saving covers an area of tailings reservoir, fully recoverying resources etc. The ore vein of FujianYouxi Jin Xin gold mine is basically in the form of occurrence as monolayer state, which has left nearly300000m3group of mined-out area. Combined with the actual of Jin Xin gold mine, through the performance test of total tail mortar, and based on the theory of pipeline transportation and mechanics calculation, the paper put forward the scheme of straightly total tailing filling into the group of mined-out area in the condition of no building of filling station.The main research results as follows:(1) The total tailings of the mine has excellent filling properties of larger proportion, larger average particle size, and contains a small amount of sulfur and so on (the proportion being2.878t/m3, loose bulk density being1.67t/m3, average particle size being0.264mm, porosity in the natural state being42%, permeability coefficient being3.08cm/h, the natural angle of repose of dry tailings being36°, SiO260.1%, S0.09%).(2) By the indoors test of the strength of cemented total tailings filling body, the strength of filling body specimens was determined in the conditions of the cement-sand ratio of1:4,1:6,1:8,1:12. The strength of specimens after28days can reach more than2MPa in the sand ratio of1:4, which meet with the residual pillars’ cement filling mining method.(3) Based on the two-phase flow theory of the filling slurry pipeline transportation,150ZJ series models of delivery pump and the power for the12Kw motor are recommend.(4) Through the filter simulation test in the condition of different filter materials and filter way, according to the results of the filter speed and turbidity, it is advised that the way of the site of mine’s flexible airtight hole adopt non-woven geotextile stamped with the filament geotextile, and fitering pipe adopt the filtering material wrapped in non-woven geotextile.
