In order to real-time measure and control the oil pump and motor’s operating conditions, This paper research and design an Embedded oil well site data collection and wireless transmission system combining the technology of embedded web and sensor together,following the analysis of both oil wells remote monitor system’s situation at home and abroad and the system application requirements. Major works are as follows:(1) Proposed the oil wells remote monitoring scheme containing embedded ARM-Linux system and WEB server based on the analysis of the oil Wells remote monitoring system development status at home and abroad and the system application requirements.(2) Designed and realized a kind of hardware system structure of oil Wells measure and control system,choose Samsung’s S3C2440as the system’s microprocessor; and use256MB NANDFlash,64MB SDRAM; selected Mavell’s wireless network card as the Wireless communication module;used the Displacement and load integration tester researched and developed independently as the damping-displacement figure collection equipment; the whole system power supplied by the Solar power;(3) Choose the embedded Linux operating system as the system software support platform. Based on the hardware platform system, the u-boot was transplanted; Linux kernel was configured, compiled and transplanted; The NAND Flash based on the YAFFS file system was made on the basis of Busybox-1.13tool; On the basis of the researchmen of the wireless mavell driven process, The wireless mavell and ADS8341driver of SPI interface was designed and transplanted based on the Makefile and Character-driven programming strategy.(4) Designed and implemented System application software.It Designed the network communication program based on the Socket programming and multi-thread communication mechanism; and used The Boa as a server, realizes the damping-displacement figure data acquisition and the dynamic display of the curve by using the technology of CGI and the Java applet.(5) Completed the system test and field experiments. The experiment and test results show that the system can Real-time collect the damping-displacement figure data of oil pumping unit and the running three-phase current and voltage of the motor; realized remote real-time monitor through the embedded server; Users can remote monitoring of the oil well production state through standard machine browser; The system can meet the practical production management and testing needs.
