Oil Company Hse Management Ability Evaluation Research

HSE management is the management theory about health,safety and environment which was founded in the late1985s. The world is the most important resource of human beings and human survival of the natural environment, to ensure employees’health, the prevention of accidents and protect environment of the industry is the important work. Oil company regards the pillar of our country as the industry, health, safety, environment problem is more affected by our country and social attention. method adopted systematic,structural,and programmatic and the whole-staff management model,so as to achieve good effect to eliminate the hidden trouble. With more emphasis on the concept of Human-oriented and substantial development by people,the higher level of HSE management is required by the Oil company. Since the HSE management was introduced into China,and many Oil company have achieve applausive success,but there still is a great gap between foreign developed countries.Firstly, this paper chiefly introduces its research background, significance, methods and concept.After the introduction of the basic knowledge of HSE management,it instructs Petroleum Enterprise HSE management ability.Then, This paper attempts to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for petroleum enterprise HSE management conducted a preliminary study. This combination of a production plant case, Construction of the HSE management ability fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,which provides a new thinking of the evaluation of HSE management ability of Oil company.At last, this paper analyzes the Promblembsexisting of the HSE management and develops constructional suggestions.
