This article use Fenton reagent method and titanium dioxide photo Catalytic oxidation to treat of drilling wastewater, which was collected from Chongqing mine wastewater treatment plant, after flocculation and dilution, COD is512mg/L and chroma is512, the initial pH value is6. Treatment of drilling wastewater by Fenton reagent:amount of H2O2is1%, dosing of FeSO4volume for0.005g/L, pH=4water, response time30min, the COD of drilling waste water was reduced from514mg/L to32mg/L, degradation rate is93.7%, color reduce from512to32.Degussa P25TiO2which under ultraviolet light (wavelength253.7nm) study on the photocatalytic treatment of drilling wastewater, when the amount of TiO2was1.5%, initial pH value of water samples was5,30minutes of illumination, the COD of drilling waste water reduced to65mg/L, the degradation rate is87.4%.A TiO2photocatalyst was modified by sulfuric acid, XRD analysis shows that H2SO4modification does not change the Crystal structure of TiO2, laser particle size analyzer for determination that broadens the scope of distribution of TiO2surface modified, XPS analysis shows that increase the binding energy of Ti2p, sulphur exists as SO42-, reunion is not obvious. Experiments show that optimal concentration of sulfuric acid modification is2.00mol/L, with a sulfuric acid concentration of15g/L,30minutes of illumination, pH of6, drilling waste water COD values drop to37mg/L, the degradation rate is92.8%, the catalytic efficiency modified by sulfuric acid has improved.TiO2photocatalyst was modified by Ag through photocatalytic reduction method, XRD analyses showed that the Crystal structure of Ag/TiO2does not change, laser particle size analyzer for determination that broadens the scope of distribution of TiO2surface modified, XPS analysis shows that the binding energy of Ag/TiO2’s Ti2p reduced, silver exists as simple substance and Ag2O. Modified amount of silver is1.5%Ag/TiO2at the time of initial water pH=5, Ag/TiO2as15g/L,30minutes of illumination, drilling waste water COD values reduced to35mg/L, the degradation rate is93.2%, the catalytic efficiency of TiO2photocatalyst modified by Ag has improved compared to the unmodified TiO2photocatalyst.
