With the process of accelerative industrialization in china, the industrial waste water has become one of the main sources of water pollution. By using the present biological oxidation techniques, though the water quality has improved considerably, there are still several drawbacks as high CODcr concentration, low level of biodegradability, high chroma etc, due to the complex composition of industrial waste water. Application study on wastewater treatment with Fenton reagent oxidation method is an important direction of environmental sciences research and is also an important method of waste water chemical oxidation. Fenton reagent was used in this experiment to deal with industrial Biochemical waste water in the pre-treatment process and then its industrial process conditions were discussed by orthogonal experiments. Furthermore, the best reaction conditions were decided by univariate experiments.The experiments demonstrate that the removal rate of CODcr could reach 80% while CODcr concentration in effluent could reach a concentration below 30mg/L under the conditions of 60 minutes for reaction time, H2O2 dosage and Fe2+ dosage was 2.0:1.0,3.5 for pH value,0.4ml/L for H2O2 (30%) dosage.This methods provide good control of total concentration of CODcr and thus posses profund application prospect and environmental effect.
