| With the development of electronic computer technology, network technology and communication technology, the remote monitor system is playing an increasingly more important role in the advanced manufacture equipment industry. To realize the real-time communication of the operating status of manufacture equipment between the operator and the expert and the technologist, the HPP2600P powder press machine is studied to research and develop the remote monitor system including the modules of data acquisition, data process and fault information interactive.Firstly, the defects of the existing powder press machine’s fault data process are analyzed, and the research status of remote monitor technology and fault diagnosis technology are concluded. Based on the PLC control system and the intelligent front end, the whole communication flow and the whole software frame structure of the system are proposed. Secondly, to improve the stability and security of fault data storage, the operation situation data storage and encryption module of the system are designed and developed with the XML format document and the DES algorithm. To analyze the fault data, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are applied to the fault data to obtain the Minimal Cut Sets and reliability of the top events separately with the Fault Tree Analysis method. Furthermore, the data interactive module is designed and developed with the database interactive technology. To implement the real-time acquisition of powder press machine’s operating status, the operating parameter real-time acquisition module of the system is designed and developed with the serial port communication technology. Finally, every function of the entire software system is tested.A remote monitor system for the HPP2600P powder press machine is researched and developed to improve the stability and security of the equipment operation, and to make contribution to the further improve of the remote monitor system of advanced manufacture equipment. |
