In recent years, with the increasing depth of mine production, coal mine water inrushworsening day by day, and bring great losses to life and property of people. In this paperfuzzy mathematics theory is applied to safety evaluation, a comprehensive evaluation of coalmine water inrush safety degree.Follow the scientific, unity, applicability and the quantitative index for processing allprinciples, comprehensive consideration of the influence factors of mine water inrush,establishes a comprehensive mine water inrush safety evaluation index system. In order tocarry out the qualitative and quantitative research on the influence factors of the index system,safety evaluation as the influence factors of coal mine water inrush in5classes of23factors,using the fuzzy evaluation of the conclusions drawn. First, the expert investigation method todetermine the membership degree of fuzzy evaluation index, and then use the analytichierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weights of all evaluation indexes, to realize thecombination of qualitative and quantitative, again will the theory of fuzzy mathematics andanalytic hierarchy process combined with a safety comprehensive evaluation system, thisevaluation system is applied to the safety assessment of Y coal mining process, the finalevaluation conclusion.
