Clear Sense Of Fire Particles In Children Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections, And Research On The Effects Of Tnf Alpha

ObjectiveThis article will discuss the development of children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections from Chinese and Western Medicine.Further exploration of children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections,and proposed the Qingxiaofanggan granule for the children’s constitution of stagnant heat type to evaluate it from clinical effect and clinical symptoms for the children with RRTI,by researching the TNF-ain serum of children with RRTI, preliminary study the mechanism,for seeking a safe and efficient drugs.MethodsThe cases were belong to children with RRTI in constitution of stagnant heat type,and visiting time from January2010to Sptember2011,age distribute from3to14years in pediatrics of Dongfang Hospital affiliated to Beijing University of TCM and Fuxing Hospital affiliated to Capital University of Medical Sciences.In total70cases,rejected2cases,loss in8case,60cases at last,by the way of simple randomized, parallel controlled study,32patients were divided into treatment group and28patient were divided into control group.Treatment group received oral Qingxiaofanggan granule with diet guidance,control group received nucleic casein oral liquid.Respectively,a course of8weeks.Respectively,recording the symptoms of constitution in stagnant heat type and the number and symptoms of respirarory infections recurrence,in before treatment and2weeks,4weeks、8weeks、24weeks after treatment. Researching the Effect of TNF-ain serum of children with RRTI by Qingxiaofanggan granule.Result(1)The two groups overall clinical treatment efficiency:the obvious effective rate of treatment group was62.5%,35.71%in control group,the treatment group compared with the control group statistically significant difference (P<0.05),that the obvious effective rate in treatment group higher than the control group.Both treatment were well in reducing the number of respiratory infections recurrence(P<0.01),and the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Compared two groups after treatment of disease category, course respectively,the two differences were both significant (P<0.05)(2)The two groups children TCM symptoms treatment efficiency:the efficiency of treatment group was93.75%.71.42%in control group; the cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate of treatment group was62.5%,28.57%in control group,the treatment group compared with the control group statistically significant difference (P<0.01),that the overall efficiency and the cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate of improving children’s TCM symptoms in constitution of stagnant heat type,are both that treatment group higher than the control group. that the treatment group had obvious advantage in improving symptoms in constitution of stagnant heat type. (3) Aspects of Qingxiaofanggan granule improving single symptom in constitution of stagnant heat type:both groups can obviously improve symptoms in constitution of stagnant heat type,especially patients in the treatment group than in the control group in congestion in throat、halitosis、constipation、feverish feeling in palms and soles,improvements are very significant difference(P<0.01);The improvement of thirst in the tr treatment group also better than that in the control group (P<0.05);In aspect of impatience,the improvement in the treatment group than in the control group had no significant difference (P>0.05)(4) Qingxiaofanggan granule improve symptoms when respiratory infection again:After two groups children taking medicine for2weeks、4weeks、8weeks、24weeks,the children of respiratory infection again in the contros group were both more than the treatment group After two groups children taking medicine for4weeks、8weeks、24weeks, the syptom integrals when respiratory infection again in the treatment group than in the control group all had significant difference(P<0.05),that the treatment group was better than the control group in reduce clinical syptoms when respiratory infection again.(6) The two medicines can both reduce the expression of TNF-α(P<0.05), after treatment, The TNF-αof two groups children had no difference (P>0.05)Conclusion:In Chinese medicine theory,combined with traditional Chinese pharmacology research,peoposed Qingxiaofanggan granule and further verified from the clinical aspects, researching the TNF-αin serum of children with RRTI, preliminary study the mechanism.The results showed that:Qingxiaofanggan granule for the children with RRTI in constitution of stagnant heat type,have a good effect,which can effectively reduce the number of respiratory infections and improve the clinical syptoms in constitution of stagnant heat type,effect the the expression of inflammatory factor TNF-α,curative effect reliable,is worthy for clinical appliacation.
