Study On The Relationship Between Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection With Its Different TCM Syndromes And Constitution In Children

Objective Through the development of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children with TCM identification,and the classification of TCM syndrome,analysis of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children with physical distribution characteristics,and its different types of constitution and physical relevance for the prevention and treatment of the disease to provide clinical in accordance with.Methods According to the method of children’s constitution identification,302 cases of pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infection diagnosed by pediatric outpatient clinics in Anji Chinese Medicine Hospital during the period of 2016.1.1-2016.9.30 were collected and identified by questionnaire according to the different ages(1-3 years old,3-6 years old,6-14 years old)were divided into groups,the relevant data were collected,frequency analysis method to explore children with recurrent respiratory tract infection and different syndromes and constitutions.Results Qi deficiency constitution(31.13%)and Yang deficiency constitution(24.83%)are the most common types of constitution in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,followed by Yin deficiency constitution(19.21%)and Yangsheng constitution(16.89%)and phlegm dampness constitution(6.62%),the least common is the mildly constitution(1.32%).The correlation between the children patiens’ constitution and TCM syndromes:among all the Qi deficiency of lung and spleen syndrome cases the most common types are Qi deficiency constitution(37.68%)and Yang deficiency constitution(28.26%),more conmon than the Yin deficiency constitution(15.95%)and phlegm dampness constitution(9.42%)and Yangsheng constitution(8.69%),there is no mildly constitution;among all the Disharmony between Ying and wei Syndrome cases the most common types are Yang deficiency constitution(32.97%)and Qi deficiency constitution(30.77%),more conmon than the Yin deficiency constitution(17.58%)and Yangsheng constitution(8.79%)and phlegm dampness constitution(5.49%),the least common is the mildly constitution(4.40%);among all the Yin deficiency of lung and spleen Syndrome cases the most common types are Yangsheng constitution(46.98%)and Yin deficiency constitution(30.30%),more conmon than the Yin deficiency constitution(19.69%)and Yang deficiency constitution(3.03%),there are no phlegm dampness constitution and mildly constitution;among all the deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome cases the most common type is Yang deficiency constitution(57.16%),more conmon than phlegm dampness constitution(28.56%)and the Yin deficiency constitution(14.28%),there are no Yin deficiency constitution,Yangsheng constitution and mildly constitution.Conclusion Biased constitution is an important basis of the occurrence of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children,especially the quality of Qi deficiency constitution and Yang deficiency constitution.Regulate the biased constitution,is expected to reduce the occurrence of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children and is conducive to rehabilitation,especially for the prevention of the disease is important.There is a certain relationship between the syndromes and physique of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children.Different types of syndromes have different distribution patterns,which provides a basis for the clinical treatment of the disease.
