It Clear Stomach Piece Of Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia

Functional dyspepsia (FD) is a more common clinically disease which is called functional gastrointestinal disorders. Because of its high incidence and a variety and complax of clinical symptoms. Although Modern Medical treatment has achieved some effect, but its recurrence rate is high and the long-term efficacy is so poor. In recent years, Chinese Medicine showed a certain degree of advantages in study of the pathogenesis of this disease and differential syndrome and treatment. Therefore, we must pay much more important attention on Traditional Chinese Medicine to the clinical treatment of this disease.Objective:This subject is to carry out a clinical research of Agastache Qingwei films treatment to cure functional dyspepsia (Damp-heat of spleen and stomaclu Diet stagnant symptoms). The aim is throughing the randomized controlled and double-blind and double-dummy experiment research to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of curing functional dyspepsia (Damp-heat of spleen and stomach、Diet stagnant symptoms) by using Agastache Qingwei films treatment. It is intended to provide reliability of the drug for the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:In this reseach, the observed object column for the outpatient cases diagnosis for functional dyspepsia (Damp-heat of spleen and stomach、 Diet stagnant symptoms). The group with80patients were divided into2groups by randomly, and there were both40cases in the treatment group and the control group. The recipe of the treatment group is Agastache Qingwei films treatment half-hour before dining (3pills every time, and3times per day), while the control group using Maple intestines and stomach contents kang capsule (2pills every time, and3times per day). The treatment periods of the2groups are both28days.Results:There were30-case cured,7-case were significantly improved,2-casewerein effect and1-case was non-effective among40-case in the treatment group, and the total effective rate is97.50%; and there were12-case cured,15-case were significantly improved,6-case were in effect,7-case were non-effective among40-case in control group, and the total effective rate is82.50%.There were significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The syndrome integral of two groups decreased after the treatment, and there were statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:It has better clinical efficacy by using the methods of Agastache Qingwei films treatment in curing functional dyspepsia (Damp-heat of spleen and stomach、 Diet stagnant symptoms). And it plays a significantly improved role in the patients which have the major symptoms such as belching and acid regurgitation、 halitosis and biter taste of mouth etc. Agastache Qingwei films has no obvious noxious and side-effects in treating functional dyspepsia (Damp-heat of spleen and stomachs Diet stagnant symptoms). It is safe, in-noxious, effective that deserved to spread.
