Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Qinlian Weining Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia With Spleen And Stomach Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective: To explore the clinical effect and mechanism of qinlianweining Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with damp heat of spleen and stomach,so as to provide a new treatment idea for functional dyspepsia.Methods: 60 patients with functional dyspepsia and spleen stomach damp heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with qinlianweining Decoction orally,while the control group was treated with domperidone tablet orally,with a course of 4 weeks.The treatment of qinlianweining decoction was observed by observing the effect of syndrome,the total score of syndrome and the score of single symptom The clinical effect of functional dyspepsia with damp heat of spleen and stomach syndrome was statistically treated.Results:(1)The total effective rate of qinlianweining Decoction group was 93.3%,including 7 cases cured,12 cases effective and 9 cases effective;the total effective rate of domperidone group was 88.9%,including 2 cases cured,5 cases effective and 17 cases effective.After the test,P < 0.01,indicating that the curative effect of TCM group is better than that of Western medicine group.(2)Comparison of total score of symptoms: before and after treatment,the scores of the two groups were compared,and after test,they were all P < 0.01,indicating that the treatment of functional dyspepsia with qinlianweining Decoction and domperidone had better curative effect;after treatment,the total score of symptoms and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment were P< 0.01,proving that qinlianweining Decoction group had obvious advantages over the western medicine group in improving symptoms.(3)Single symptom score comparison: in dry mouth or bitter mouth,heavy head and body sleepiness,dry mouth do not want to drink,stupefy,dysentery and stagnation of stool,P < 0.05,which proves that the curative effect of qinlianweining Decoction group is significantly better than that of Western medicine group;the two groups of drugs in the two symptoms of stomach swelling or pain,nausea or vomiting P > 0.05,which shows that there is no significant difference in the therapeutic effect.(4)Safety evaluation: during the study,there was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group;in the control group,there was 1 case of slight dizziness,2 cases of slight defecation,and the symptoms were mild,which could be relieved without treatment,and the rest of the patients had no related adverse reactions.Before and after treatment,the monitoring indexes of the two groups were within the normal range.It shows that qinlianweining decoction is safe in the treatment of FD.Conclusion: Qinlianweining decoction can improve the symptoms of FD patients with spleen stomach dampness heat syndrome.In the long-term effect,qinlianweining decoction has certain advantages.
