Objective:In this study, we investigate the mental health and job satisfaction in the comprehensive hospital medical staff. This article is a survey on a general hospital mental health and staff job satisfaction in our hospital, we can analyze the hospital medical staffs’situation of mental health and job satisfaction, and by the basis of the findings to find the measures of improving job satisfaction and providing the decision references for the hospital management officers.Methods:This study used literature review and questionnaire survey, we have evaluated for any one with general investigate scale made by ourselves, Self-rated Health Measurement Scale (SRHMS) and job satisfaction scale. We have analyzed data with SPSS13.0soft ware. Using the frequency distribution and percentage to analysis issues related to allocation, Cronbach’s alpha values and the Pearson correlation to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, the mean values and standard deviation to explore the concentration and discrete trend of the sample, t-test and analysis of variance to investigate the influencing factors between various of the medical staff job satisfaction and individual characteristics.Result:The mental health:1. Different careers, clinical departments, professional title and different levels of education have made no obviously difference on physical health, mental health, social health and general state health of medical staff (P>0.05).2. Different gender has made no obviously difference on mental health, social health and general state health of medical staff (P>0.05).But, the male and female have made obviously difference on physical health, by t-test the value P=0.019has statistically significant, males are healthier than females.3. The mental health and general state health of medical persons are significant same during the persons from the different age groups (P=0.000and0.015),Job satisfaction:1. The hospital medical staff satisfaction with the dimension of the higher average.2. Different educational level, of the medical staff satisfaction with the work of the overall statistical is significance of differences.3. Different levels of education of medical staffs in all dimensions of satisfaction, there was a significant difference between the medical staffs. Different sections of the medical staff in the "hospital management system","training","social recognition","rewarding" the existence of satisfaction differences are significant. Conelusion:1ã€The relative large comprehensive hospitals, the occupations, departments, educational level, and titles are not the main factors affecting the mental health of medical staff; the age and duties differences, health and medical personnel have a significant effect.2ã€The medical Personnel is higher to the total jobs satisfaction, is lower with personal related index sign approval, is lowest to the approval of the wages income particularly. Different sex, age, title, suffer the total approval in community level of education difference not very. |
