Yiqi Huoxue Method In Treatment Of Acute Cerebral Infarction Curative Effect Observation Of Deficiency Of Blood Stasis

Objective:1.The clinical efficacy of Yiqihuoxuefa in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, verified its safety and efficacy.2.Through clinical observation, diagnosis and treatment based on symptoms, adjust the recipe, thus forming a system of norms for clinical application.Methods:60cases of acute cerebral infarction with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group (30cases) and control group (30cases),given general treatment;The patients of control group were treated with Sodium Ozagrel80mg, Cinepazide maleate injection160mg for14days.The treatment group,meanwhile using the Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Decoction,served14days.On the1and14days evaluated the two groups of patients with neurological deficit score,stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome score before and after treatment of,and evaluated the safety of the decoction.Results:1、After treatment the two groups of patients of neural function defect score were less than before treatment,the difference is significant (P<0.05); The treatment group after treatment,the effective rate was93.4%,higher than that of control group66.7%,the result has significant difference (P≤0.05);2、 The treatment group after treatment,the score of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome was less than before treatment,this has significant difference (P<0.05),but there was no change in control group (P>0.05);The treatment group after treatment,the effective rate was93.3%,higher than that of control group53.4%,two groups have significant difference (P<0.05);3, Examinating the patients on the1and14day,which prompted the medicine was safe.Conclusion:Supplementing Qi and activating blood method could improve acute cerebral infarction with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,could promote the recovery of neurological function.
