| Human resource of health is the most important part of the health resource. Among all kinds of resources, human resource of health is the one that aims at improving health of all citizens, strengthening human bodies and prolonging life-span. It is a general name of all the personnels that have been trained for different professional levels and can provide service according to the citizens’demand, and contribute their ability and wisdom to the development of health career. The quality and quantity of the human resource of health are crucial to the development of health career. Meanwhile, the management of the human resource of health is the core part of the management of medical and health organizations. This article through to the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Zhungeer health human resources survey and analysis of the current situation, pointed out at present Zhungeer health human resource and existing problems. After analyzing the existing problems, I raises a series of improving measures in this paper, such as enhancing the cognition and planning scientifically of the human resource of health, quickening the reform of the human resource system, strengthening the performance appraisal and improving compensation management. All these measures can provide reasonable reference for the government to formula plans and optimizing the allocation of the human resource of health. |
