| Objective:By observing the effect of acyclovir combined with ozone autohemot herapy on relieving pain,reducing scab time and changes in the level of immune c ells for the treatment of herpes zoster,to evaluate whether it is better than acyclovi r therapy alone.Methods:125 patients at the age of 22-71 were selected,and randomly divided into control group(Group A,60 cases)and study group(Group B,65 cases).In the control group,the infusion of acyclovir was administered alone.In the study group,in addition to acyclovir,the ozone autohemotherapy was combined.The pain symptom,pain relief time,and blister decrustation time of two groups of patients were observed and recorded 1,3,and 7 days after treatment.The venous blood was drawn to examine changes in the level of immune cells and inflammatory cytokines(including CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 ratio,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αvalue).At the same time,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment was also recorded.Results:(1)There was no statistically significant difference in age,gender,weight,education level,pain score before treatment,number of blisters,level of immune cells and other factors between patients of the two groups(p>0.05).(2)Compared with Group A,patients in Group B showed obvious symptom improvement,pain relief,reduced decrustation time and higher treatment efficiency with statistical significance(p<0.05).(3)There was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between patients of the two groups before treatment(p>0.05);VAS scores of each group were significantly lower 1,3and 7 days after treatment compared to those before treatment,which were statistically significant(p<0.05);and compared with the corresponding time points in Group A,the VAS score at each corresponding time point in Group B after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05).(4)There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the level of immune function before treatment,including CD4~+,CD8~+and CD4~+/CD8~+(p>0.05).Compared with that before treatment,after treatment the level of CD8~+of two groups of patients was lower,and the index level of CD4~+and CD4~+/CD8~+was significantly higher.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Compared with Group A,the expressions of CD4~+and CD4~+/CD8~+in Group B were higher,and the decrease of CD8~+was more obvious and statistically significant(p<0.05);(5)Compared with Group A,the overall effective rate of symptom improvement and curative effect in Group B was significantly higher,and the results were statistically significant(p<0.05).(6)The index levels of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αinflammatory factors of the two groups of patients before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05);compared with those before treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αinflammatory factors of the two groups of patients were statistically significant after treatment(p<0.05);and compared with Group A,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αof patients of Group B were statistically significant after treatment(p<0.05).(7)The incidence of adverse reactions of two groups of patients was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of herpes zoster,acyclovir combined with ozone autohemotherapy is significantly better than acyclovir in relieving pain,reducing decrustation time and reducing VAS score,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.Its mechanism may be related to the adjustment of levels of immune cells and inflammatory factors. |
