Proximal Femur Prevent Rotation Intramedullary Nailing (pfna) Technology With Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Stage Type Internal And External Medicine In The Treatment Of Unstable Intertrochanteric Fractures Of Clinical Research

Objective:The major objective of this thesis is to study the clinical curative effect of treatment to the unstable Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur (IFF) by using Proximal Femoral Nail Autorotation (PFNA) combined with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical staging method (both internal and external drug use).Methods:The clinical treatment and comparison experiment is the major methodology of this thesis.40unstable IFF cases, have been divided randomly into two groups:Treatment Group (n=20) and Comparison Group (n=20). PFNA internal fixation method combined with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical staging method are used to treat the patients in Treatment Group; while only PFNA internal fixation method is used to treat the Comparison Group. The experiment observation period is3months, then all the cases are evaluated by using hip joint function evaluation standard (Harris score) and the full mark is100(mark from90to100is excellent,80to89is good,70to79is moderate, and below70is unsatisfied). Finally, an evaluation is conducted to show the clinical curative effects before and after the treatment from overall observation of treatment results, partial symptom and physical sign transformation, the possibility of complication occurrence, etc.Results:1.After statistics analysis, the two groups of patients have no obvious difference (P>0.05) in gender, age, course of disease, morbid hip joint, cause of disease, Evans-Jensen type, and ASA serious level. Therefore, the two groups are comparable.2.The Treatment Group shows prominent advantages (P<0.05) in fracture healing time, the function of hip joint evaluation (Harris score), partial symptom and physical sign transformation, and complication possibility, which indicates that the Treatment Group has a better clinical curative effect than the Comparison Group. Moreover, all the patients of Treatment Group have no unexpected effect of drug use.Conclusion:The treatment of PFNA internal fixation combined with traditional Chinese dialectical staging method has prominent clinical curative effects for unstable IFF in accelerating fracture healing, improving limb movement function, and preventing complications after surgery.
