| Objective:The multi-center clinical study was used to check the clinical ef ficacy of the method of coating and spray to treat the focal chronic eczema, t o study the impact of this therapeutic method treating limitations chronic ecze ma in efficacy, disease stability, adverse reactions and quality of patient’s life.Methods:700cases of the limitations of chronic eczema patients were select ed from seven hospitals.700cases were divided into five groups randomly:3Chinese test group and each group of140cases;140cases as positive compar ison group;140cases as negative control group. The five groups exist in ever y hospital. The treatment for each group:①Group A of Chinese medical treat ment (Eczema nano emulsion sprays treatment):Affected part spraying with ec zema nanoemulsion sprays, applying with Eczema nano emulsion ointment anal og, and applying with You zhuoer ointment analog.②Group B of Chinese m edical treatment (Eczema nano emulsion ointment treatment):Affected part appl ying with eczema nano emulsion ointment, spraying with eczema nanoemulsion sprays analog, and applying with You zhuoer ointment analog.③Group C of Chinese medical treatment (Combination Eczema nano emulsion sprays and Ec zema nano emulsion ointment):Affected part applying with eczema nano emuls ion ointment, spraying with eczema nanoemulsion sprays, and applying with Yo u zhuoer ointment analog.④Positive comparison group (Youzhuoer ointment t reatment):Affected part applying with eczema nano emulsion ointment analog, spraying with eczema nano emulsion sprays analog, and applying with You zhu oer ointment.⑤Negative control group:Affected part applying with eczema n ano emulsion ointment analog, and spraying with eczema nanoemulsion sprays analog. Each group were compared the difference between clinical efficacy, sta bility of disease, adverse reactions and quality of patient’s life.Results:First,(1) The effect of disease curative:the best effect of disease curative was group C which trials of traditional Chinese medicine, and the recovery rate was36.69%, then the total effective rate was89.21%;(2)The effect of symptoms curative:the best effect of symptoms curative was group C which healing rate was35.97%, and the total efficiency was74.00%. total effective rate was89.93%;(3)The lesion area of curative effect:the best lesion area of curative effect was group C which healing rate was46.04%, and the total efficiency was73.38%, total effective rate was89.21%;(4)The effect of itch:the best effect of itch was group C which healing rate was44.60%, and the total efficiency was68.34%, total effective rate was88.49%.(5)The effect of points and related disease symptoms curative:integration of group C was the most of pronounced decrease significantly. Analysis the situation of each relevant symptoms improve that the results between groups all have different degrees of improvement,but group C was superior to other groups.(6) The disease of stability:the lowest recurrence rate was group C which has6.25%, and it was better than the other groups.Second,6cases of adverse reactions were happened during the test, and it had no statistical significance between the groups of incidence of adverse events to compare.Third, the table about related inventory:(1) the group C was better than other groups which the table about chronic eczema survival quality;(2)the group C was better than other groups which the table about dermatology life quality;(3) analysis two groups of correlation:the two group’tables were positive correlation about the three indicators which before and after and the difference on before and after the treatment.Conclusion:It has exactly curative effect about the study of the treatment of the Eczema nano emulsion sprays with the Eczema nano emulsion ointment.And it compared with other groups were more effectively and more fast to recovery. and the were more easier to use and simply to operation, less side effects.So it were worthy to promotion on clinical. |
