Methylene Blue Crissum Closed With Bitter Ginseng Soup Fumigation Treatment Crissum Eczema

Objective:This experiment aims at expecting the effctiveness of eczemaofanus(the type of Heat bet)which treated by fumigating with TCM prescription kushen soup and Perianal closed of the methylene blue mixes the fluid, and the impact on recurring.Methods:A randomized study was made in55patients,the treatment groups(28cases)received the treatment of the methylene blue mixes the fluid,,the control group(27cases) received the treatment of fumigating with kushen soup. all patients recieived teating2weeks.later had the taking-effect assassment,at the same time had the follow-up visit of the cured patients for six months to know the recurred situation.Results:28cases of the treatment group completed the experiment, the clinical cure in17cases (60.7%), the obvious effect of6cases (21.3%), effective in3cases (10.9%), The null and void of2cases (7.1%), the total markedly effective rate of92.9%.27cases of the control group completed the experiment,10cases of clinically cured (37.1%), the obvious effect of6cases (22.2%), effective6cases (22.2%), null and void5cases (18.5%), and the total markedly effective rate of81.5%. Comparison of efficacy of the two groups, the treatment groups is betterthan control groups.Conclusion:Crissumingclosed with the methylene blue mixes the fluid is very effctive in treating eczemaofanus, much better than fumigating with kushen soup, the treatment of the methylene blue mixes the fluid is very suitable and effective to treat this disease, besides, the side effect is minor, and easy to take, the patients are apt to take, so it’s worth populazing.
