Clinical Research Of Moxa Smoke Combined With Methylene Blue Perianal Blockade In The Treatment Of Perianal Eczema And Its Effect On EOS

Objective: In order to observe and study the clinical efficacy and the effect of the combined methylene blue perianal occlusion on perianal eczema and its effect on peripheral blood eosinophil(EOS)count,and the influence of this method on the related symptoms and perianal lesions of patients with perianal eczema,objective and scientifically evaluate the clinical efficacy of this method in the treatment of perianal eczema.To provide reliable clinical evidence for the treatment of eczema and explore its mechanism.Metheods: The selected 75 patients were treated by random number method,There were 38 cases in the treatment group and 37 cases in the control group,and the treatment group was treated with tobacco smoke combined with methylene blue perianal closure,and the control group was treated with triamcinolazole cream.The 2groups were treated for 1 weeks for 1 courses,which were treated for 2courses.Compare the two groups before and after treatment in patients with pruritus score,crissum skin lesion score,crissum damp grade,crissum skin area,before and after treatment,the symptoms total integral,peripheral eosinophil count(EOS),recurrence of situation assessment,safety evaluation.Results:After treatment,compared with the treatment before and after treatment,the degree of pruritus,perianal skin lesion score,perianal dampness score,perianal skin lesion score,and total score of symptoms were compared with those of the two groups.The two groups were all reduced in varying degrees.By comparing the degreeof symptom reduction,the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.01),the total score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P< 0.01).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.60%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 74.30%.The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The levels of eosinophil(EOS)in peripheral blood of the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.01).After the follow-up,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 10.10%,and the recurrence rate in the control group was 34.61%.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment,the general and vital signs,stool routine,urine routine,electrocardiogram safety observation indexes such as no abnormalities,two groups before and after treatment in patients with hepatic and renal function comparison in the group had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion: The effect of smoke smoke combined with methylene blue perianal closure in the treatment of humid and hot anus eczema was significant,greatly improving the patients’ anus weekly discomfort symptoms,compared with the control group,better than the control group,improving the quality of life of the patients.The peripheral blood eosinophil(EOS)count was superior to the control group.And the treatment group is safe,simple operation,lasting effect,low recurrence rate and high clinical value.
