Metrorrhagia and metrostaxin of perimenopausal period is one of the Chinesemedicine gynecology difficulty disease,occurs when women ovarian functionbegins to decline (which always onsets in the40years old) until menopause period,with symptom of uterine large hemorrhage or long-term repeated hemorrhage ofuterine,is a disease disorder of the menstrual cycle, menstrual period andamountof menstrual bleeding, can cause anemia, hemorrhagic shock, secondary infectionin serious cases, which greatly affect the physical and psychological healthof perimenopausal women.Professor Chen Ying engaged in gynecology and obstetricswork for nearly30years,has accumulated a wealth of expiences on the treatmentof uterus bleeding after repeated clinical practices.In this article theliterature review section discusses the current situation of Chinese medicinetreatment of the disease,and the modern study of etiology and pathogenesis,the therapeutic principle, mechanism of action.The body part is a summary ofthe tutor’s characteristic experience of treatment of the disease. The bodypart of the is after the author learn with the tutor for two years.When womenage to forty-nine,kidney qi gradually declines,Tiangui exhausts bydegrees,excessive contemplation injuries the spleen,the emotion depressed,allthess lead to dysfunctions of kidney,spleen and liver, arouse qi-blooddisharmony, stasis appears Secondarily,and blood stasis in the uterus,Chongand Ren Channels impairs,set off uterus bledding.Taking physiologic andpathologic characteristics of this age group into accout,Professor Chen Yingconsiders the pathogenesis of mostly metrorrhagia and metrostaxis inperimenopausal period can be summarized as dysfunctions of kidney, liver andspleen, as well as blood stasis in the Chong and Ren Channels,new blood isuneasy,the blood does not go through the veins and overflows the vessels. Thenature of the disease can be attributed to deficiency in origin and excess insuperficiality,deficiency mixing with excess.During the therapy,teacher uses different methods in stages of haemorrhagia and after hemostasis based onsyndrome differentiation.For the former,she mainly deals with promoting bloodcirculation, tonifying qi and guchong;after hemostasis,she always concentrateson kidney, liver and spleen, utilizing replenishing kidney,strengtheningspleen and regulating liver,aiming at the regulation of qi and blood,and thebalance of yin and yang.The method of treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxisin perimenopausal period based on above view points always get good efficacy.
