Warm Acupuncture Combined With Cupping Therapy Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type Of Knee Osteoarthritis Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of knee Osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency with the treatment of Warmed Needle and Electroacupuncture.Methods:90cases met the inclusion criteria of knee Osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency were randomly divided into3groups,30cases in each group. A group treated by Warmed Needle and Electroacupuncture, B group treated by simple Warmed Needle, C group treated by simple Electroacupuncture, one treatment a day, continue treat fourteen times. Then, compared knee pain score and knee function score before and after treatment, evaluated and compared the overall effect and their security of three groups.Results:1. After treatment, the knee pain score of three groups were lower than before (P<0.01), A group droped more than the other two groups (P<0.05),while the decline of B group and C group were close, no significant difference(P>0.05);2.After treatment, the knee function score of three groups were higher than before (P<0.01), A group increased more than the other two groups (P<0.01), while the rise of B group and C group were close, no significant difference(P>0.05);3.After treatment, A group, clinical control in11cases,10cases were markedly improved,5cases were effective; B group, clinical control in5cases,8cases were markedly improved,10cases were effective; C group, clinical control in5cases,7cases were markedly improved,10cases were effective, the overall efficacy of A group was better than that of other two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), While the overall curative effect of B group and C group were similar, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).4.Three groups of patients had no adverse reaction and abnormal change juring the treatment.Conclusion:Warmed Needle and Electroacupuncture compare with the other two methods can effectively alleviate liver and kidney deficiency type of knee osteoarthritis patients’pain and improve the function of the knee joint, Warmed Needle and Electroacupuncture in the treatment of knee Osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency has a exact effect and certain clinical application value, and it is high safety.
