Clinical Study Of Bushen Zhuangjin Decoction Combined With Acupuncture Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:By observing the effect of bushenzhuangjin decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on KOA patients with liver-kidney deficiency type,the improvement degree of symptoms and related laboratory results were analyzed to further explore the effect of this therapy on the liver-kidney deficiency type KOA,so as to provide KOA with more effective and accurate treatment methods.Methods:Collected from February 2017 to September 2018 rui kang affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university outpatient and the inpatient li rheumatism lead of 80 cases of liver and kidney deficiency type of KOA patients as objects,the use of digital grouping method is divided into two groups at random,the treatment group taking kidney zhuang jin tonga taste combination of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,the control group taking glucosamine sulfate capsules.After the exfoliated objects were excluded,75 cases were finally qualified and included.The total treatment duration was 8 weeks,and the scores of score quantization and Lysholm in KOA patients with liver and kidney deficiency before and after treatment were recorded and compared,as well as the results of reexamination of esr and c-reactive protein.Follow-up was conducted at week 4 after treatment.Patients were followed up at week 12,and their clinical symptom scores and Lysholm scores were recorded,compared with those at the end of treatment,and the subsequent improvement of their symptoms was analyzed.After data collection,SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.The measurement data were expressed as(x±s)test was used for inter-group and intra-group comparison,non-parametric test was used for variance inhomogeneity,χ~2 test was used for rate or count data comparison,and rank sum test was used for rank data.Results:(1)clinical efficacy:the effective rates of the two groups were89.47%and 78.38%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.(2)intra-group comparison of various observation indicators:there were statistically significant differences in total symptom scores,clinical symptom scores,Lysholm score,ESR and CRP between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and all the differences were better than that before treatment after 8 weeks.(3)comparison between observation groups:(1)before treatment:there were no statistically significant differences in total symptom scores,clinical symptom scores,Lysholm score,ESR,CRP between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)8 weeks after treatment,the treatment group and control group in clinical symptoms integral,Lysholm always score,ESR,CRP and joint pain,joint tenderness,impotent weak force,leg soft knee acid less contrast differences was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than that of control group,treatment group and control group in the restricted joint tenderness and joint activities symptoms integral contrast differences no statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)follow-up(4weeks after treatment):there were no statistically significant differences in clinical symptom scores and Lysholm scores in the group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of joint swelling and limited joint movement(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the aspects of joint pain,joint tenderness,weakness and little strength,tibiasthenic acid(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.(5)safety analysis:there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bushenzhuangjin decoctioncombined with acupuncture can effectively improve the liver and kidney deficiency type KOA,compared with the simple use of western medicine,clinical efficacy is significant,can more effectively improve the patient’s symptoms and signs,and can better improve the ESR,CRP disease related indicators,and the improvement of clinical symptoms have a certain degree of continuity.
