For External Use Of Aconite Calcaneodynia Mo Powder Treatment Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objectives:To observe the clinical curative effectiveness of Fuzi Mosan Therapy in treatment of calcaneodynia.Method:All80-patient cases in this study are from the foot-ankle department of the third affiliated hospital of Beijing university of chinese medician,It divided into the treatment group40cases and control group40cases.Treatment group consists Of19males and21females, youngest age26and eldest age87, The control group consists of18males and22females, youngest age29and eldest age68.80cases of patients with calcaneodynia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was received by external use drug of FuzimoSan,while control group was treated by external use drug of Guyouling. Treated2times per day,1week for one period of treatment, successtive obversation of3periods of treatment, we evalued the effectness of treatment after a week, if patient in advance has reached clinical curative standard, The treatment should be ceased. Then compared to clinical curative effect (before and after treatment).The observation including the clinical effectness, VAS pain rating and quantitative score points of calcaneodynia symptoms classification.Result:â‘ General curative effectness:Treatment group of39case clinically recovered5cases, excellence15cases, effective18cases, ineffective1cases. overall effective rate was97.5%. Control group of39cases clinically recovered2cases, excellence4cases, effective21cases, ineffective12cases. overall effective rate was69.2%. Treatment group has a higher overall effective rate than control group .which indicates external use drug of FuzimoSan therapy has a better curative effect in treating calcaneodynia than external use drug of Guyouling.â‘¡VAS:Both group VAS pain rating mean scores had a significant lower in before and after treatment, where P=0.000, P<0.01, shows that both groups have statistical value. Treatment group is better than Control group in amelioration of VAS pain rating.â‘¢Clinical symptom scoring:The mean score of clinical symptom of both groups in before and after treatment significantly decreased, where P=0.000, P<0.01, indicates that both groups with different therapy had good effect for calcaneodynia patients.Conclusion:Both treatment methods for calcaneodynia are effective, But external use drug of FuzimoSan therapy show much better clinical therapeutic effectness.
