Helping Behavior is one of important pro-social behavior, is thesource and driving force of social development. Through research anddiscussion of Helping Behavior, moral educators can work out moralcontent which is scientific and in line with students physical and mentalcharacteristics. The study starting from the practical problems,expositions at home and abroad of Helping Behavior, to be a furtherinnovative research.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is theintroduction part. This part of the content, the paper first discusses the“Helping Behavior” as a reason of topics of this study. Followed byretrospective and organizes the results of the study, to clarify thepurpose and significance of this study and clear research methods andtechnology roadmap.The second chapter concept is Helping Behavior defined andclassified. After reviewing many of Helping Behavior concept, the studyfirst determined to base on the Ethics discipline research as the theorysupport. Helping Behavior in the field of ethics disciplinary analysis andcome to the concept of helping behavior defined. Classification asdefined in the concept of Helping Behavior.Helping Behavior is dividedinto two major categories of four races. Finally, analysis these fourspaces intrinsically linked.The third chapter is the processes and factors of Helping Behavior.In this part, the author first summarizes five processes of the HelpingBehavior, Situational understanding, Behavior decisions, Launch theimplementation, Behavior Feedback and results of indirect learning.And then the study discussed the details in the four parts and analysisedHelping Behavior influencing factors in the process.The fourth chapter discussed on Helping Behavior and culture. Based on the few chapters to fide the training methods and trainingcontent. Training methods content for educators, providingeducational methods and strategies of the learners. Training content forthe learners, learners can know some recommendations and methodsof Helping Behavior. The content of this chapter is both a center ofgravity of the full text, as well as summary and citations before.
